Ask for Nancy for your nails!! She did an amazing job Originally I wanted just a fill she advised I do a fresh set and I’m so grateful for it Bc it was needed Thank you! They always have regulars and are timely with their apts
Absolutely awful experience at Nails Now. I left with multiple bleeding fingers because the nail tech was so careless and rough. She cut me several times and acted like it was no big deal while I was literally bleeding in her chair. My fingers kept bleeding even after I left. No apology, no concern, nothing. The tech was rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no attention to detail. I showed her the exact color I wanted, and somehow she still grabbed the completely wrong color and argued with me about it. At this point I honestly question how someone this incompetent is even allowed to work on customers. This place does not care about quality, customer service, or basic safety. They treat you like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. If you enjoy getting sliced open, ignored, and paying for bad work, then maybe this is the place for you. Otherwise stay far away.

I absolutely LOVE this salon. I have been going to see Kim R. for years now, and I always leave the salon very, very happy! She is such a talented nail artist, I let her pick out the color & design every time. I always, ALWAYS get compliments on my nails, even while I’m getting them done, I’ll have people admire them. Kim R. is so kind, thoughtful & wonderful. I highly recommend going to see her at this lovely salon! Kim R. is a very creative nail artist, so whether you want something simple or bold, she’ll do a fantastic job!
I come here whenever I am in Dallas and I see Kim R and Nancy. I get ombre acrylics and pedicures here and they do an amazing job. I can’t recommend them enough. My mother has been a loyal customer if Kim R’s for years and also sees Ti. A wonderful, talented, and attentive team of service providers. Highly recommend.
