This was my first and likely last visit. I'm giving 3 stars purely for their effort and friendliness. I had scheduled an appointment for two mani/pedis, but the overall experience fell short of expectations. The visit took a little over 2 hours, with 30–45 minutes spent waiting — likely due to customer-to-staff ratio. Once we were finally serviced, everything felt rushed, which may have contributed to the injuries I received during my hard gel set. Unfortunately, I ended up with cuts on about half of my fingers, one of which was particularly bad (as shown in the photos). The gel results were not to my expectation and lacked the quality I was hoping for. While I appreciate their effort, the rushed service and resulting discomfort make it unlikely that I’ll return.

Although I had to wait a bit, the service overall was amazing. The nail tech was very kind and knowledgeable. I wanted a light pink and the one I chose was too sheer and my nail tech picked my pink out for me and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. She was very quick and courteous.

Kind of unfocused and answer telephone all the time. Not a relaxed experience as iIm used to from several saloons worldwide. I had to cross my arms on the right side as the manicure was in a hurry after the pedicure. Felt like a factory line. She dropped nailpolish on the floor and bumped into my hand making the work look like the one of a 10 year old. 45 minutes for ped and man. Want be back.

it is terrible. I did nail every moth this is the worst experience. firstly： the lady is really rude she did wrong color but kept asking me OK ？ OK？ OK？ I said no . she rude to answer how comes you do not like it. secondly： discriminate I brought my kid. because she did bad job had to fix it she was not willing to do it always laughing at me and talking to her colleagues about me thirdly： deceive consumers when you charge some fee you should tell customer at the begainning. when at the end I want to pay I was told to charge nail ＄40 . and design fee for ＄5 each nail . totally design fee ＄50！！ and＄10 others fee I dont know what it is total price ＄100！！ no extension nothing cost me＄100and even they No protective coating！！ the last one which I really could not stand is when the third day My nail is cracked and I broke it in the shower today with half of my flesh exposed！ ohmy god！！ That's really terrible . I will never come back！！
