Dr. John Nguyen is an amazing, compassionate doctor who listens and understands what his patients need. He will make sure to share important facts and information you would need for your care. My husband loves going to Dr. Nguyen’s office.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I specifically scheduled an appointment with Dr. Jiang, and I had clearly communicated to the front desk that I wanted to see this doctor. My original appointment was on Monday at another location, but I moved it to Saturday morning at this location because I wanted to be seen earlier. However, when I arrived, I was seen by a completely different doctor without being informed in advance or asked if that was acceptable. While I respect all doctors, patients should be notified and given a choice if the doctor they requested is changed. Additionally, the prescription process was handled very poorly. Before leaving the clinic, I asked the front desk to confirm that my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy, and they told me yes. However, when I went to the pharmacy around 4:00 PM, they told me that no prescription had been received at all. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Overall, the communication and organization at this clinic were very disappointing. When patients take the time to make appointments and clearly state their preferences, the clinic should respect those requests and ensure accurate information is provided.

Dr. Jiang is the best doctor I have ever found--very direct, incredibly knowledgeable, and highly experienced. She treats her patients the same way she would teat herself if she were in the same situation. I was fist referred to her by a coworker, and she truly save my life. Even after I moved, I continued to follow her schedule because seeing a doctor this good is absolutely worth the travel. One day in the waiting room, I learned that many of her patients drive long distances to see her-I even met a couple who drove all the way form Austin. I feel safe and incredibly fortunate to have such an excellent doctor, someone I can trust completely and wholeheartedly.

I have been going to Dr. Nan Jiang for years. The service has changed over the years. The wait time for a scheduled appointment is unreasonable. If you have a general question regarding a prescription, you have to make an appointment, so she can charge you. To get a prescription filled for authorization is unreasonable. Constant follow-up to get this accomplished. Sad 🥲

I’m very disappointed with this clinic. They always keep patients waiting, even when you have an appointment. The last time I was here, I waited far too long before finally seeing the doctor. This time, I came back hoping for better service, but it happened again. Because of their poor management, I couldn’t properly focus on my health. This is the worst experience, and I don’t feel respected as a patient.
