EDIT: not sure why it matters that I bought my house 3 years ago. I'm still upset and still recommend first time buyers to go with someone else. Yes, I wanted the house, that's true but if it wasn't meant for me, that would have been fine. But that's not what you did. You absolutely told me to waive the inspection. You also told me to make it so I couldn't get my earnest money back or back out for any reason. Any realtor with a good conscience would not do this to someone new in the buying process. You were supposed to advocate for me and you did not. Your long message also shows me your lack of remorse and professionalism. Let's be real, you only care about closing your sales and that's fine. And how silly, of course I wanted my pictures. You didn't even think to send them until I asked. By the way, you misspelled my name, but sure, you care a lot about your clients. I was really disappointed with Nancy as a first time home buyer. I was placed on an automated email list where the only focus was zip code and budget. Rather than helping me find a home that was actually a fit for me, I was just told to reach out when I found something I liked. Throughout the process, I also rarely worked directly with Nancy. She did not attend home tours herself and instead sent an assistant. Another assistant was also sent to do the final walk through and I was sent a video. I expected more involvement and guidance from the person I hired to be my advocate. At one point, she even scared me and told me I was going to be sued when I no longer wanted to move forward with the process. But I realize now that was the "deal" she had worked out for me, where I wouldn't be able to back out for any reason. She also told me to waive the inspection. The closing process was even more disappointing. This is when I finally met her. I did not receive my keys at closing and instead, she told me they had been left under a rock at the house, which felt super unprofessional. If you are an experienced homebuyer and don't need a lot of hand holding, maybe her level of service might be acceptable. But I highly recommend first time homebuyers looking for more guidance to please choose someone else who will prioritize and advocate for you.
