Sign in to reviewI haven't been here in a long time. I was super excited that they had Mitchell's ice cream. My favorite. The store itself was organized and had a variety of snacks, candies, and drinks. Will definitely come back to try the sandwiches. The ladies that work there are super nice.
This spot is seriously a hidden gem. The sandwiches? Hands down the BEST in the Bay Area—no exaggeration. Fresh, stacked, flavorful, and made with real care… every single bite hits. You can tell this place is family-owned because the energy is just different. It’s welcoming, it’s genuine, and it always feels like you’re walking into somewhere that actually appreciates you. Good vibes every time, no matter what. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out. This is the kind of place you go once and then suddenly it’s your regular spot. 10/10. You're welcome.
New Daly City Market's sandwiches are the pinnacle of urban culinary art. There's something special about getting a warm liquor store style sandwich served on butcher paper with a good selection of beers and liquor. It is convenient, quick and tasty. They have a wide assortment of breads, cheeses, meats and vegetables. Loved their garlic sauce. Service was excellent. I can recommend to my Yelp friends the pastrami, Jack on Dutch crunch sandwich.
Tri tip steak sandwich was on point. I'm gonna call him the chef. My son and I shared it and couldn't stop to take a pic. The chef new with a couple of questions what we wanted and were looking forward to eating. Oh and now we have a spot to get Mitchell's ice cream by the gallon without having to go that far. They even have specialty flavors like macapuno, coco/pine, rumraisin and my fave tropical 4.
Best sandwich in the Bay area in my strong opinion. White palace is also excellent, submarine center as well, but if you want the best I would come here
