The office is nice the staff is very friendly..The dr does take time with you and make u understand everything so you can get the best and affordable treatment possible
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Tran and her team. They were friendly and knowledgeable, this location and parking was convenient for me.The facility was very clean and I love all the new up to date technology. 😃 So it's safe to say that I have found me a new dentist. 💫 Dpierre
Clean and clinical without being uncomfortable. Dr. Greenberg and her assistant Jada were amazing, full of humor and information. The best combo. They along with Alison were able to lay out the best care plan for me, giving me everything I needed to make the best decision. I recommend them to anyone looking for care. No need to be nervous here.
I will start by saying that my experience with dentists in New Orleans for my dentist-phobic husband has been really poor. He has such intense anxiety, and nobody has been willing to treat him without IV sedation due to it. Other practices, who I will mention in their own reviews, seemed far more concerned with reducing their litigation risk than with actually providing care. However, that has not at all been our experience with NOMD. I called them as a new patient on a Friday morning just hoping, and they were so kind to us. They booked us in that very morning, called in their endodontist Dr. Kayla McDaniels, took new X-rays and didn't bill us for them given their new patient special, and then gave him 3 root canals in one day, bringing him tremendous relief from the pain he was in. When he was having breakthrough panic during the root canal procedures, Dr. McDaniels suggested that we play music he would find soothing, and she and her assistant completed the procedure with Bonobo blasting, no complaints. If he wasn't numb enough, they gave him additional local anesthetic, no questions asked. The office manager, Allison, presented us with a range of financial options for payment alongside our dental insurance, and she even worked him in the next day on Saturday to see Dr. Helen Tran, who was able to give him a same-day crown for one of the teeth and permanent fillings for the other two. We'll be back there in a couple of weeks for the remaining crowns. They have modern equipment that they use to scan the teeth instead of putting that awful clay-like cast in your mouth. Then they mill the crowns right there in the office so you don't have to wait weeks while they get made somewhere else. Everyone has been so kind to us, and my husband, who has been so petrified of seeing a dentist that he hasn't had any regular care in 25+ years aside from wisdom teeth extraction, can finally start the journey to getting his teeth repaired by Dr. Tran, feeling he is in safe hands. That's no easy feat, and I cannot recommend them more highly.
So far, Dr. Greenberg has provided wonderful service. She has shown patience and honesty. I I do have more procedures and will post the results of each one.
