For people looking for a place to relax in the city, its central Philadelphia address makes it a local option to consider. The business lists its hours as open every day, Monday through Sunday, from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. That schedule can be useful when you are planning around a busy day or looking for a visit outside typical daytime hours; check directly with the spa to confirm availability before heading over.

Customer feedback offers a small glimpse of the experience at New Star spa. One review mentions enjoying a couples massage, suggesting that this may appeal to people who want to relax together. Because the information available here does not describe a full service menu, it is best to contact the spa to ask which massage or spa services are currently offered, whether appointments are needed, and what options are suitable for your visit. This helps set clear expectations before you arrive.

The listing shows a 4.5-star rating from two reviews. That score is a helpful starting point, but the review count is limited, so it should be read as an early snapshot rather than a broad picture of every customer’s experience. The available feedback is positive about the couples massage, while offering little detail about other services, the setting, or visit logistics. If those details matter to you, asking the business directly is a practical way to make an informed choice.

New Star spa may be worth considering for individuals or couples in Philadelphia seeking a spa visit, especially if flexible listed hours are important. Before booking, you can confirm the service you have in mind, current availability, pricing, and any preparation or arrival guidance. These details are not specified in the listing, so checking in advance can make planning simpler and help ensure the visit matches your needs.
