I was in here yesterday for an Organic Pedicure as a late birthday gift to myself as well as celebrating getting a new job, the first time I've had a nail appointment since Covid started, and in my 15+ years of getting pedicures I think it was hands down THE best I've ever had. The health and safety precautions they are taking are perfect, the staff was soo incredibly nice. I got to have two delicious cocktails that got me feeling suuuper good. And for the first time ever my nail technician , Sophie, actually asked me if the pressure during my foot massage was good, or if I would like more pressure. No one ever asks that! It was so great! Not only that, she also asked if I would like a nail design to celebrate Halloween and I was so excited, I'm always too nervous to ask about getting a design because I don't want to be too much trouble. But I got the cutest spiderwebs on my toes. I was really happy to get to pamper myself and the wonderful experience just really made my day. Also their checking out point of sale system was really cool and seamless, very high tech and took literally like 60 seconds. I can't recommend them enough and I can't wait to go back again and be able to tip more than I was able to this time.

Skilled nail techs, and short waiting time!! It may not be the fanciest nail bar, but they always get my nail shape and color right. Consistency is key, nothing worse than trying a new place and not getting exactly what you envisioned.
Terrible experience overall.. they took me as a walk in. I got seated after they barely even greeted me. I had someone come and grind off the top coat of my previous nails, then she put the acetone soaked cotton with these weird coverings on my nails and it didn’t even get any of the dip powder off after sitting for a half hour waiting. The guy came over and started grinding off more of the top coat, left half of the previous dip on and left my previous tips on?! The color I asked for they couldn’t find for a while, then they said they found it, which it wasn’t the same color at all.. he put the new dip over my old dip and tips and I can still see the old white dip color on each nail.. this has happened twice now where they just cover your old color up. He cut my cuticles three times and I was in literal pain.. The salon is so dirty and messy. Looks very run down and bad customer service. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. Do not recommend any one to get their nails done here. My nails look worse than my 2 week grown out nails.
