First time patient and we arrived early because I knew we would need to fill out paperwork and provide insurance. We have waited over 90 minutes and still not seen. This is ridiculous with technology today. Receptions are not very friendly or welcoming. Customer service is not a focus which should be as the expectation is patient care. “You are next” and she was not next. Only when asked for my co- pay refund were we called. My experience has been really good since I've been coming to Nexs. I'm called to the back within 10 minutes. The staff is pretty friendly. Dr. Akther is great. She's professional, detailed and has a sharp memory. Dr Akther's assistant, Ms Collins was very nice, helping to set the tone for the visit , which included blood work.
Just did my annual physical exam with Dr. Jiang in her new clinic. Highly recommended service with her wonderful team. Everyone here is so sweet and professional. Dr. Jiang has extensive experience and expertise in family medicine and geriatric care. We are so happy to be under her care for years.
