Sign in to reviewI stopped by trying to try a different place. Walked in the esthetic was nice. Very nice staff as well. I was seated promptly. However once the nail tech started on me it seemed as she buffed my nails with sand paper. And then then shiny buffed the nail. Did not remove the ridges. Another tech had to come to do it, and he still didn’t do a great job. I left and went elsewhere to them done. I don’t wear acrylic or anything like that so I’m not sure why it was so difficult. Paid $30 for a horrible manicure. I’ll never go there again or suggest it to anyone
I chose Pedicure #3 specifically because the menu and website stated that it included a shoulder massage. Before the service even started, I asked the technician if the shoulder massage was included, and she confirmed that it was. I also came with my daughter, and she also paid for Pedicure #3. However, they started giving her a children’s pedicure instead. I had to tell them that she had paid for Pedicure #3 before they corrected the service. When my pedicure was finished, I mentioned that I never received the shoulder massage. The technician then told me that they do not offer shoulder massages at all. This was very disappointing because it directly contradicts what is advertised on both the menu and the website. I ended up paying full price for a premium package without receiving all of the services that were advertised. I also expected better results from a premium pedicure. Even after getting home, my heels still had visible dead skin and did not feel as smooth as they should after paying for the highest package. The only complimentary drinks offered were water, Coke, or coffee. Overall, I was disappointed by the misleading advertising, the lack of attention to detail, and the quality of the premium service. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return.
Let me start by saying I go to another nail shop, but since it's quite a distance away, I wanted to try and possibly find a new shop. Pros: My pedicure was great. The tech that did my toes was friendly and made some great suggestions. The manicure tech was really friendly as well and nice but the gel x skills are still being developed. Cons: I called ahead to ask if they did the "Gel X" extensions, and I was told they did. As soon as she started doing my nails, I knew it was a bad idea because there were bubbles between the extensions and my nails... however, I'm not one to complain, and I wanted to trust the process. After the extensions were done, I decided I could live with them... let's get to the painting. I came in with my old polish and made it clear I wanted the same color. I saw the manager's nails and also commented that I like her nail color. Long story short, there was no nude pink that came close to what I wanted. After much debate, I opted to pay extra for Tiger eye polish, which I wasn't crazy about, but I thought it would be pretty cool... I was disappointed. It's just shiny and glittery, but I don't see any of the cool effects. Fast forward to today: the polish on my right thumb is lifting because as my nail grows out, there was too much gel polish on my skin ( I was also very concerned about the amount of gel/glue on my skin). The nail on my right middle finger is cracked to the top of my actual nail. Let's just say $70+ in the trash! Also, when I got home last Thursday, I noticed quite a few of my natural nails were separate from the artificial nail.
I’ve gotten my nails done here a lot and they always do the BEST job, no matter who does them! I always have a great experience. Today I had the best experience with the nail tech who did my nails (snake nails) & she did phenomenal!! She was so incredibly nice & I had the best time. I recommend this place to anyone.
Sarah was incredible!! She paid attention to detail, checked in with me often and did a great job making me feel like she really cared. I will absolutely be back! Thank you so much for an amazing day off! …
