I have doin g business with Ngoc Bich Jewelry for decades they are awesome! Went in with one of my own custom rings that needed help. Their jeweler tuned it up nicely and Jeniffer and Emily were very helpful in getting this done quickly while I waited and also having the inside of this ring engraved. We had such a pleasant experience at this jewelry shop! My fiancé and I came in to look at rings, and from the moment we walked in, the team was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. We worked with Emily, and she was truly the best. She made the entire ring shopping process feel exciting instead of overwhelming, and you could tell how much she genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect ring. She explained everything so clearly and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The turnaround time was also so fast, which was such a nice surprise. I got engaged in August 2025, and I’m still completely obsessed with my ring — I catch myself looking at it all the time. I didn’t know exactly what it would look like beforehand, but when I saw it, I was instantly in love. It is absolutely stunning, and everyone who sees it always comments on how beautiful it is — the clarity, cut, and color are just incredible. We’re already looking forward to coming back to get our wedding bands here soon. Highly, highly recommend! ✨
I really wanted to like Ngoc Bich Jeweler, but the quality of the earrings I bought was disappointing. I found a nice pair of earrings i liked and bought them But over time the backing didn’t feel secure, and the earring actually fell off not long after wearing it. I also noticed one of the gems was already loose, which makes me question the craftsmanship. The designs are nice, but for the price, I expected much better quality and durability. I also asked if 14k or 18k gold was the same durability but they lied and said they were the same. (14k is stronger because less gold in the jewelry thus stronger since gold is a soft metal) and tried one upping on me to get some 18k earrings and to spend more money there. Not the best experience.
Emily and the other staff were very helpful. She helped me pick the right size and color of jade for my girlfriend's gift. Will come back in the future!!
