I was referred here by my primary care doctor in 2024 after my sibling’s GI specialist recommended that all siblings should get a colonoscopy. At my prescreening appointment, I met with Haley Nguyen. She told me I didn’t need the procedure at the time and asked me to email my sibling’s GI report so they could review it and get back to me. The entire appointment lasted maybe 15 minutes. A week later, once I received the report, I emailed it over and even called the office to confirm they got it. They said yes — but I never heard back from them. No follow-up, no guidance, nothing. Fast forward two years later, I suddenly receive a call saying I owe an “outstanding balance” of $111. For what, exactly? They provided no meaningful service, no follow-up, and never addressed why I was referred in the first place. This feels unprofessional and unfair. I never received the care or answers I was referred for, yet I’m being billed as if I did. Avoid this place — they seem more focused on squeezing money out of patients than actually helping them.
Let me start by saying I met the doctor once at my endoscopy every other time was with different PA’s. The front desk is horrible. They never gave a darn about me. Only 10 minute phone calls. I was very sick and needed an urgent visit as directed by my primary physician and they said three months was the soonest! I called insurance to get another doctor as I am very sick, they asked if I wanted to file a complaint because they were not willing to see me. After doing that they called me to drop me! I really wanted a new doctor anyway because of the poor care. How unprofessional and rude
Very happy with my experience with Dr Duke and his team. He takes his time to explain the procedure in a very caring way. Haley his PA also is very professional and listens and explains your questions. Overall it was a great experience.
He misdiagnosed my husband by overlooking symptoms that my husband presented. The Dr. told him to eat more fiber and sent him home after an endoscopy. My husband ended up getting an emergency quadruple bypass surgery because it was a heart problem. Never was a Gerd/ acid reflux problem. Don't go to this guy!
