Sign in to reviewFirstly - I've had no interaction with the doctor, but his office is frustrating. I'll admit first and foremost that I was unaware that my insurance was an EPO and not a PPO, so that's on me. But after waiting 3 weeks for my appointment, they call me the day before and leave a message saying "We don't take EPOs, sorry" so I called back and they couldn't give me a specific reason as to why my insurance says they're in network but can't accept my insurance. So I get ahold of my insurance and they reach out and turns out they are in network, they DO take EPO's, but right now they don't, even though they're accepting new patients. The run around from this office is terrible, and should be avoided. This office reminds me that health care is for profit, not for people.
Dr Trong is top notch. I completely destroyed my shoulder in July. Had surgery with him on 9/24 to repair it. His office handled everything to get it done, and I'm now on my way to recovery
No matter how good a university you graduated from and how proud you are of your reputation as a doctor, if no one seeks you out because of the way you treat patients, you are nothing.
Dr Trong Nguyen is a fie surgeon. He replaced my hip and im looking forward to a better quality of life. He is quite busy so be prepared with your questions. His office staff work hard to keep up with the work load. Just be proactive with your heathcare.
I suffered a ruptured hamstring in July. The surgery to repair it is very specialized, so I researched and found Dr. Nguyen. I met with him, and he was able to explain all my options (even not having surgery) and make me feel comfortable with the decision to have surgery. He prepared me well, and the surgery went smoothly. I had several post op visits with him, and he was very attentive to my recovery and my long term goals. I am happy to say, as an athlete, I am on my last part of my recovery and am feeling incredibly strong.
