Sign in to reviewIt makes sense why this place just made the Yelp Top 100 list for OC. The Sichuan style AYCE is a great value, especially because you can grab your own skewers and veggies from the fridge whenever you’re ready for more. The marinated beef skewers are the best thing on the menu and hold the flavor of the broth much better than the plain sliced meats. Also, being able to do a three-way split pot is a lifesaver if you want to try the spicy house-made broth but still want a milder backup like the mushroom base. Make sure to hit the appetizer section for the cold dishes while you wait for the broth to boil!
I was invited here because my eating partner got $100 dining credit with American Express. Their sign says that reservations are not required. Even with a party of two, there was a wait time of forty minutes on a Sunday night ~7 PM. The waitlist is via Yelp. The all-you-can-eat hot pot dinner price is the same as holidays and weekends: $39.99 for adults. I feel like this is a great deal. You can choose up to three soup broths. We ended up paying $3.99 for one of the options to be an extra spicy broth. I thought it was very spicy! I liked the tomato broth, but I did not like the tom yum broth. They had an extensive list of sides, including karaage, skewers, and fried rice. I thought the meats were all good; you can even order seafood like scallops. They have a self-serve section that was always crowded. There were veggies, sauces, and more items in the fridge. I thought this part could have been managed better. Many items were running out; it was annoying when they ran out of bowls. Service was ok. Plenty of parking, shared with 99 Ranch No outdoor seating Bathroom available
I love hot pot , especially ALL YOU CAN EAT Hot Pot. I was in Irvine and found this place that has the best deal. $29.99 for Lunch and $39.99 for Dinner. Love the clean and modern ambience here, I can smell the aroma of the broth the minute I walked in the restaurant: it was the weekend. As usual, busy and there was a wait time. There's wait list check in to sign your name and they will call when your table is ready. The menu is great. Lots of meat selection, angus beef , pork, lamb , for dinner you also get to choose one item from premium item. We got the lobster tail and tiger prawns . They also have skewers , veggies, other sides are self serves from the fridge. Variety of sauces from the sauce bar and ready to eat appetizers. At the end of dinner there are shaved ice. The mango was my favorite. It’s a great idea to calm the spice down. It was a busy night but service was incredible, waiter often came and checked on us and our meat came pretty quick after ordering. I definitely had at least 2 rounds . Everything was sooo delicious! I left with satisfaction.
This is a great self-service skewer hot pot spot and definitely worth a visit if you enjoy hot pot. The soup bases are rich and flavorful, with plenty of depth—you can tell they don’t cut corners on the broth. The sauce station is clean and well organized, which I really appreciate. There’s also a drink area available for an additional charge. One of the highlights is the refrigerated display: all the ingredients are neatly arranged, fresh, and clean, making it easy and enjoyable to pick exactly what you want. Service is another strong point here. Even though the place gets very busy, especially during dinner hours, the staff stay efficient, friendly, and well organized. Be prepared to wait during peak times, as it’s a popular spot and lines are common in the evening. Overall, solid flavors, clean setup, and fast, friendly service. A very satisfying hot pot experience.
Nice to Meet You Hot Pot in Irvine is awesome! The Sichuan broth is super authentic, and all the skewers are really fresh. The beef is so good, and you can grab stack after stack, plus they’ve got lobster tails and other seafood—it’s really a lot to try. Their little snacks are yummy too, and the sauce bar has everything you need. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and it’s just a fun vibe. I’ll definitely be back!
