NOLA Automotive Repairs

NOLA Automotive Repairs is an auto repair shop at 2100 Earhart Blvd in New Orleans, Louisiana (70113). For local drivers looking for a repair shop in New Orleans, customer feedback points to a team that communicates about timing, explains pricing, and works to get vehicles back on the road. The shop has a 4.7-star rating from 729 reviews, offering a useful snapshot of local customer experiences without making every repair or visit the same.

The shop handles vehicle diagnosis and repairs, with customer reviews describing work on a Chrysler and a 2016 Ford Escape with a 1.6-liter turbo engine, including extensive front-end repairs. Reviews also mention a windshield-wiper installation charge, but the available information does not list a complete service menu. If you have a specific issue or vehicle, calling ahead is a practical way to ask whether the shop can help and what to expect.

NOLA Automotive Repairs operates on a first-come, first-served basis, according to a customer review. Customers describe the staff as attentive on the phone and say they received estimates of service timelines based on the shop’s current workload. Some reviewers report that dropping off a vehicle early in the morning allowed them to pick it up the same day; others describe repairs completed the same day or within several days. Timing depends on the diagnosis, repair, and workload, so check directly if you are working around a trip or a tight schedule.

Reviewers frequently mention fair pricing, helpful communication, and a friendly, knowledgeable team. One account describes staff checking for a less expensive alternative after a quoted price seemed high, while another says the business quickly followed up and refunded an accidental duplicate labor charge. These are individual customer experiences, not a guarantee of a particular price or outcome, but they offer concrete context for drivers deciding where to ask for service. The shop is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday.
