Nola San Diego

It’s been a while since I’ve visited this location. I have followed their business before they relocated. I haven’t been back because I didn’t hold myself accountable for wasting their time and flaking out on my last appointment. Even though it wasn’t intentional, I understand time is money and they missed out on booking someone else. I was too ashamed to return, but since they have been busier than I can recall and it’s been difficult to work around my schedule within their hours of operation. Anyway, the therapist that helped me each time was Veronica. Til this day, she is the best therapist I’ve dealt with. Haven’t had one better up until now, so have considered to book when I know I am able to. I was given an option to listen to music of my choice which threw me off in a good way though. She has strong pressure and kept me informed of what she came across like a knot or tension. She even assisted with my TMJ that I wasn’t fully aware of and assisted with that during my appointment so that was dope. I felt better and I mean way better. I have a therapist in the same building now for mental health and it’s helped enough to become better than yesterday. I figured I’d do something way over due and help others who are seeking a massage therapist that is professional and doesn’t waste your time. I’m willing to bet she is the best and trust me, I could use the money. I hope that helps.

I found Veronica and NOLA SD through a Groupon around 8 years ago. Ever since then I have been hooked! Every massage I’ve ever received as been amazing. I don’t even live in SD any more and I still come back for massages when I am in the area. The prices are very reasonable and I’ve booked packages in the past with a military discount. Book a massage here - you won’t regret it!!!

Fantastic, affordable massage services. I have seen two different Nola therapists in the past year and both were the best massages I have ever had in San Diego. This is the only spot I have been to where the therapists have actually applied deep-tissue pressure; their knowledge and awareness of knots/trigger points is on par with what I experienced at high-end resorts in Thailand. No, this is not a luxury spa location, but it is a high-value experience and the massage room is very pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommend!

My friend and I planned this last minute but they took us in and made arrangements just for us and it was really special! They also accepted the Groupon rate of $104 for a couples massage. Which was legit one of the best massages I have ever gotten! I’m not super comfortable w/massages normally but they made me very comfortable. Asking about pressure, making sure I was okay... etc the music was so relaxing and the room/bed was clean & comfortable with candles and small decor. Completely shocked with the outcome and experience- would 100% recommend

Best massages I have ever had. Definitely recommend for anyone in need of massage therapy. Comfortable tables and relaxing room atmosphere. April is really nice and knows how to work those tight muscles. Only problem is the location and the fact I need to walk up stairs to get there.
