Sign in to reviewI’ve been wanting to try NBC for along time, recently moved to Santee and this location is very close to my house. I tried a few of their cakes. The red velevet is very good and moist. The carrot one is a little dry and have a giant hole in the middle. I personally love carrot cake but i’d not get it again here. The biscoff and new marble are soo goood! I wish i could choc opt for the balls though. It’s not that bad but i’m not a fan. I also wish that they have Less icing option available. I love cheesecake icing but it gets overwhelm when it’s too much. Shout out for the customer service! Visited them twice and received a fabulous service on both visits! This place is my fav when i crave desserts.
Stopped by for the first time and had tons of questions about all the different cakes and flavor and Melia went above and beyond. She was not only incredibly kind, but also so patient and genuinely helpful. It made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun.
First time going there. It was great. I ordered the bundt cake and it was ready to ho in less than 10 minutes. Love that place. I'll definitely be going back!
First time going into physical store! Stopped by to get one individual bundtlet red velvet $6.50. Staff was friendly. Parking is easy. Right next to Phil's. Great spot to grab a sweet treat after :D
Highly recommend this particular location. It’s not just the desserts that are delightful, the customer service is sweet too! Huge shout out to Sandy, with the most genuine and kindhearted soul. She was very professional and attentive. We will be celebrating with our cake with her in mind. She made our day and our son’s bday that much sweeter! We appreciate you, Sandy!
