My first time I came in because of google reviews. Being from Houston I need a good place for the next few months while I’m in town. Anna did my feet I was happy with her service. Erin did my nails and just by the shape I knew I found my two nail techs for the next few months. Happy customer

This my Second time coming here because my twin sister say they good but they do get mad when u ask for the person u want which i do see that when i came in its a young lady and a young guy at the front desk for some reason the young lady always got a attitude soon u tell her who u want if we cant come in and choose who we want just say that if we gotta make a appointment with that person just say that first she told me yaya which who sit at #2 had a appointment i say thats okay I wait its okay then she change up and say she booked for the day so i came out and say okay cool i wait on her that who i want to do my nails i guess she felts some way told the manager he walk up to me he aint ask whats going on he say if u going be rude u can leave i was so lost and confused i say Sir i wasnt being rude just say i was waited on yaya but its okay for them to sit there and talk about me while im waiting they send me to some guy who say my nails gotta get soak off because they was lifting up when i was already there for a hour and u see in pics it wasnt i just wanted a refill but they just wanted the extra 15$ whats the reason of refill if we cant get it i say okay cool he told me 55$ soon i got in Hazel chair which is her name she told me 65$ my nails are short so i was confused they dont like when u ask them questions because when u do they ask u do u still want it done yes or no but its okay i heard many conversations while i was sitting there how they make up they own prices which i don’t understand because it should go by the book but its cool they wont have to worry about seeing me again now watch how they come on here trying lie and explain their self smh

I have been coming to Nova Nail Spa for about three months now and the service is top tier, I am treated with respect and feel very welcome in their establishment. Not only does Ana do an amazing job on my nails each time, she pulls out all the steps to make sure I leave with what I came in there to get. All the crazy designs and details I ask for she delivers and I will continue to see her every two weeks. Just a couple of pictures of what I asked for and she delivered.

Absolutely loved my nails! 💅🏽 The shape was perfect, the details were so clean, and you can really tell she takes her time to make sure everything looks flawless. I got so many compliments! The whole experience was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next set. Highly recommend! ❤️✨
