I was meaning to work with Jassey for selling my home, because when I was searching to buy a home, she was amazing to work with. Jassey took the time to educate me on the entire process, from finances to local laws and ordinances changes in housing. As well as providing information regarding any upcoming construction and neighborhoods I was interested in. However, she was occupied, and so I worked with Andrew instead. Initially, I was selling my home as an FSBO, but navigating the paperwork, my negotiation options, and people became very stressful. Me and my wife just bought a new construction house and sold our old house with NRG and it was great! Unfortunately we were not able to sell our house for as much as it was valued over the summer but even in the current economy, Andrew was able to take amazing pictures and videos, prospect a lot, and eventually landed us 2 strong offers. He was able to leverage those 2 offers and eventually went under contract for OVER our asking price.
