This salon does not respect appointment times. Every time I’ve booked, I’ve been asked to come later or made to wait, including over an hour at a previous visit. Today I was told they were short staffed and asked to come later again. I’ve also asked for new acrylic sets in the past and been given fills instead so they can squeeze in more clients and walk-ins. No discounts or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and the soak-off was $24 even though the website lists $21. They clearly prioritize volume over customers’ time. I wouldn’t recommend booking an appointment here. ******************** UPDATE: Update: After my review, the salon reached out to explain more about how their scheduling works. They told me that the nail techs performing the services do not have access to the appointment calendar or the text conversations used for booking. Instead, someone relays the next client and service to them by text. From what I’ve observed during my visits, there doesn’t appear to be a visible computer or scheduling system in the salon, and communication about appointments seems to be based on messages being relayed to the techs behind the scenes. This may explain why there can sometimes be gaps between what is discussed during booking and the service that is actually performed. For example, when I arrived I asked for a new set instead of a fill because my natural nails had already grown out quite a bit underneath. However, a fill was still done despite me mentioning it. They also explained that appointment times may sometimes be changed due to calendar mistakes, double bookings, or if they believe it will prevent a client from waiting if they are running behind. While I understand that scheduling issues can happen, changing the appointment time itself was the main issue for me since I reserve a specific time because I plan the rest of my day around it. I was also told to speak with a manager if there was a miscommunication, but it’s not clear who the manager is or who is actually responding on the salon’s text line, so it’s difficult to know who you are communicating with. I do appreciate that the salon took the time to reach out and explain their process after my review. Hopefully this helps future clients understand how appointments and services are coordinated there. I’ve attached screenshots of a past interaction showing a scheduling conflict (I initially asked for a fill, but changed my mind to a full set). I’ve also included the more recent messages where the salon explained how their scheduling process works.

Got exactly what I requested - My nail tech was also quick and finished under an hour! Price was also very reasonable 😊 EDIT: Came back for a fill and my nail tech was very careful with my damaged nails. I'm really happy with the results!

I had never done acrylic nails before. I didn't like the idea of dealing with fragile fake nails and looking horrible when a nail breaks. I finally got it done for the first time at this place. They copied the design very well (not pictured). I was very careful for 2 weeks then resumed Operations as usual. I did the dishes, scrubbed pans, accidentally hit my nails on furniture all the time yet the design and nail never chipped. It lasted 3 weeks. Could have been longer but I wanted to remove it. I went most recently yesterday. To make an appointment you need to text a number, they will ask for pictures of what you want. I asked for an appointment the same day and got it. I sent in a few pictures. I wanted the ombre of one picture, the color combo of another, the design of another picture and a symbol. My nail technician did a very good job doing what I asked for. (And every technician so far has been great with nail art). I would let her know when I wanted something done differently or better and she obliged with 0 attitude or push back. I really appreciated this as I'm usually shy and this is something I'll wear for a few weeks. She started getting into it and doing things i had not asked for but would really compliment the design. I was very happy with the results (see posted picture). I am not too familiar with prices since I only get my acrylic nails done from them. The set from yesterday was $82. I've had simpler designs done with them and it was around $60 if I recall correctly. Seems reasonable when comparing to other places. At a previous appointment they were running late and I was not happy about it, im usually on a time crunch. They gave me a discount on my nails. I was not expecting the customer support. I will continue to get my nails done here even though there are so many options closer to home.

Great and fast service when reaching out to the establishment! They also have a website with the services they provide and pricing. I also recommend looking at their Instagram page; their nail art is gorgeous and true. Walk-ins are accepted, but I recommend texting to book an appointment. This place can get pretty busy. The lady who did my nails is amazing! I came on a holiday, and when things became busy, she still took her time with my nails. A bonus is how gentle she was when removing my acrylic nails. And the time and effort she put in for each nail! P.S. Paying in cash is cheaper than paying with a card, so bring some cash!
