Customer favorites span familiar Thai dishes and more distinctive noodle and rice plates. Reviews mention Chiang Mai noodles, especially the broth, as a standout choice, along with pineapple fried rice, seafood red curry, and crispy pork basil. Fried rice and Thai iced tea also receive positive mentions. These dishes give first-time visitors several ways to explore the menu, from a comforting bowl of noodles to a curry or a savory rice dish. If you have a particular dish in mind, check with the restaurant about current availability and preparation details.

Value and generous portions are recurring positives in several reviews. Some diners appreciate getting a satisfying meal at a price they consider affordable, while others highlight the prompt service and a pleasant experience shared with a group. Those qualities can make Nud Pob a practical choice when you want lunch without a long wait, or when different people at the table are in the mood for noodles, curry, rice, or a drink such as Thai iced tea. The feedback is not uniformly positive, however: some reviewers found particular dishes plain or not to their taste, including differing opinions about Pad Thai and lo mein.

For a useful first visit, consider the Chiang Mai noodles if you enjoy a broth-based dish, or look to the pineapple fried rice, seafood red curry, and crispy pork basil mentioned by returning or satisfied diners. The reviews point to a casual, approachable meal centered on Thai comfort-food favorites, with speed and price among the reasons some guests say they would return. Nud Pob Thai Cuisine is open for lunch every day, though Saturday and Sunday opening is one hour later than on weekdays. Checking the hours before you go can help you plan a visit to this Boston Thai restaurant around your schedule.

Mid-tier Thai. Seems like it's mostly popular for prices. Really not worth eating out for. Pictures are deceptive in that it looks better than it is. Super plain lo mein. Pad Thai overly tamarind/sour tasting. The crispy chicken barely hinting at a thing slice of chicken thigh, cooked beyond the ideal crunch (I didn't realise something can be too crunchy until I had this). I really feel sorry I didn't like it more because the prices are neat! Can't have everything in life I guess... (Honestly, go to Brown Sugar Cafe down the street. It's really a step above.)

Delicious with great quality and proportion size, especially for the price! I would especially recommend the Chiang Mai noodles; I loved the broth.
