Sign in to reviewShe was able to fit me in just 30 minutes before closing and even stayed late to finish my nails. The price was a little higher than I expected ($90), but the quality and attention to detail made it completely worth it. Everything was done by hand, and my nails turned out amazing. She was incredibly kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend her!
A few weeks ago I was traveling through the area and needed my nails done. I’m not sure how this place has the rating that they do but the nails I had done there are by far the worst I’ve ever had done. I asked for a gel powder/dip manicure and was given something that was half UV gel half powder and it has lasted not even two weeks, (normally lasts me 3-4 weeks where I go at home). They’re chipping, lifting and cracking on almost every nail and to top it off, this was also the most expensive powder manicure I’ve ever gotten. The salon is messy, and extremely cluttered, and when I arrived the two women walking around without shoes were unable to do my nails until the owner returned. Lastly, it doesn’t even seem like they have the right equipment as they soaked my old powder manicure off in a laundry detergent cap. Really disappointed and would not recommend.
Absolutely the worst nail service I have ever had. The place is not very clean and the tools are not packaged for sanitation. This should have been my first red flag. I only went to have my gel polish removed though so I figure they couldn’t mess that up. Well I was wrong. The guy who did my nails buffed them to shreds but somehow managed to leave polish on. Also, he cut down and filed one hand to a totally different shape with every nail crooked. When I pointed it out the other lady came over and tried to gaslight me into saying that my hands are crooked and the shapes (see photos) are the same. Are you kidding me? I went from a nice almond shape on both hands to a squarish shape I can’t even describe on one hand. I had to tell them to just leave it as is because I couldn’t trust them to fix it since they seemed convinced nothing was wrong. Absolutely wild. There are too many nail salons in the area for them to act this careless with the work they do. Don’t make the same mistake I made walking in here. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Went in for a fill. Cost me $70. They are acrylic. She used gel polish. Pleasant woman, but the prices in reviews are not what’s charged. Make sure you get pricing. Prior to them starting. Additional $5 to use card also.
