It is a convenient option for Austin residents and visitors looking to schedule a massage along State Highway 71 in the Oak Hill area.

Reviews frequently point to firm-pressure and deep tissue massage as a standout part of the experience. One returning client, who had tried massage therapists throughout Austin, specifically praised Oak Hill Spa for the combination of deep tissue pressure, quality, and value. Another guest described a massage that addressed persistent muscle knots around the teres and serratus anterior areas. These experiences suggest Oak Hill Spa may be especially appealing to people seeking focused, stronger-pressure work rather than a purely light-touch session.

The spa has also received positive comments for accommodating a last-minute request for a 90-minute massage. Guests describe the atmosphere as clean, quiet, and welcoming, with staff who are kind and approachable. A reviewer also shared a memorable four-hands massage experience with Michelle and Ann, noting the coordinated attention to areas of tension. As with any local business, individual visits can vary; one customer mentioned that ringing phones could be less distracting. That feedback offers a useful perspective for guests who place a high priority on a consistently hushed environment.

Oak Hill Spa is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is closed on Sundays. Its extended weekday and Saturday hours can suit people fitting massage into a workday, an evening routine, or a weekend schedule. I enjoy this place. They do a great job and are very nice, However, the noise level could be improved, especially the ringing of phones. I would appreciate it if they could lower the volume.

I’ve been to many massage therapists all over Austin, including some of the more “high end” places, but for the past year and a half, I keep returning to Oak Hill Spa. In my opinion, they’re the best in town, in both prices and quality, especially if you like firm pressure deep tissue massages. All of the therapists are friendly and very skilled, and (unlike at many other places,) they actually address the root of my pain. Today, I went because I’d been dealing with constant tension headaches and shoulder pain. Even without me saying anything, Ella knew exactly where to focus on and made sure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure she was using. Afterwards, I noticed my headache was pretty much gone, and my shoulders feel so much better.

Amazing massage! I was able to call in last minute for a 90 minute massage. This was the best $100 spent. Very clean, quiet, friendly place.

I honestly didn’t think I’d ever leave this review, but I was checking out new massage places and this one popped up, so it reminded me of my experience. I went a couple of months ago. The massage itself was okay, nothing special, but what happened afterward was unacceptable. I paid a little over $100 for the service and left a $15 tip. Instead of a simple thank you, the masseuse seemed upset and told me she “worked hard for what I’m paying for.” I understand tipping in restaurants because servers make very little hourly, but massage therapists are already compensated through the service price. Tips are supposed to be voluntary. I always tip, but being pressured and called out for the amount is completely unprofessional. That alone ruined the entire experience for me.

Best massage I’ve had in almost 46 years. I was lucky enough to get a 30 minute “4 hands” with Michelle and Ann. They immediately found and rectified both my teres and serratus anterior knots and the worked in tandem to reset my ribs with satisfying cracks. Worth every penny and truly the best massage I’ve ever had. I have absolute respect bc it takes someone well trained to apply deep pressure without pinching muscle/skin against a bone, twisting or stretching the skin, or pushing areas against each other that shouldn’t or knowing how to twist it just enough to stretch and not break. I cannot recommend this place enough
