Olive Nails and Spa

These are honestly the worst nails I’ve ever received. I even told her during the process that they didn’t look right and kindly asked her to fix them, but she kept going anyway. Those are extensions. They ended up thick, short, pointy, swollen, bulb-shaped nothing like what I wanted. Looks like if I had a genetic disorder in my fingers. I had I’m really upset I was charged for this, and these are my end of year nails. Never coming back! Regret!

I really live to go and Have myself a Spa Day! Just me myself and I. My Favorite lady is Jennifer! I always enjoy my Olive Signature Pedicure which includes aromatic Clay/scrub! Amazing at getting those over grown toe cuticles that I can't ever get off at home! This also include 15min chair upper back massage and 15 of lower legs!! My Escape and well worth the money!

2nd time here! Affordable and expected pricing, clean location, and good customer service. Technician verified everything with me before taking action on my nails. I think they raised the prices since the last time I came but I would still go back and choose to come here for my nail services.

I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and professionalism of this business. Unfortunately, the service has become so poor that after making three appointments with Michelle and waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour -- they no longer value me as a customer. Today, I came for my appointment and was told 15 minutes later that they were behind and another client was waiting for Michelle. Another nail technician asked me if I wanted to come back or be serviced by someone else. I politely got up and left. People treat you the way you allow them too. So I will not return again.

I went with my mother-in-law and we had Olive signature spa pedicure for $72 each plus $38 manicure, in the pedi it indicated Herbal wrap to relax neck and shoulder muscles and 10 minute neck and shoulder massage, nothing We received this. When I saw this, I told her that I didn't want my manicure, just my mother-in-law's. In addition to this, both manicurists did not stop talking to each other for the hour and a half that we were there, it was impossible to relax, it was a total lack of respect, I will not return
