At first I was happy with the designs until I saw the nails she put was lil smaller so you can actually see on the side, and the top coat is coming off from couple of nails. Mind you it’s just been only 5 days I did this nail. And now my hand looks nasty. What a waste of money!!!
First time writing reviews and this is the worst nail salon place! 90$ and I have gotten better nails for way cheaper and my nails are shaped so badly, And they took forever, do not go here for nails!
Very disappointed with my experience here. My sisters and I came in the day before Mother’s Day and filled out the sign in sheet with the services we wanted. We clearly wrote down that we wanted a pedicure and a pink & white full set. They completed our pedicures and never started our nails until I finally asked about it, only to be told they “didn’t have time” and that they had already “accommodated” us with the pedicures. No apology, no communication beforehand, and no accountability. If they knew they couldn’t complete the services requested, they should have said that before starting. What upset me the most was the poor customer service! It’s already hard enough communicating with staff. but the attitude made the situation even worse. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially going into Mother’s Day without the nails I specifically came for .
Best I’ve had yet and very friendly. Reasonably priced too!
It was okay . Ladies were super nice. I asked for French tip and wasn’t what I expected. Shape is dull. I didn’t correct the tech either tho. I'm super non confrontational. Pedicure was amazing. Don’t feel like $140 worth service .
