Omnia Nail Spa - City Line is a nail salon at 7624 City Ave in Philadelphia, PA, serving people looking for manicure and pedicure services in the City Avenue area. Customer reviews mention traditional manicures and pedicures, gel manicures, and nail buffing for a natural-looking shine. The salon has a 3.9-star rating from 686 reviews, reflecting a range of customer experiences rather than a single, consistent impression. Its convenient location is a plus for some nearby customers, while reviews also make clear that service quality and pace may vary from visit to visit.

Customers describe very different experiences at Omnia Nail Spa - City Line. Some praise the welcome at the front desk and the care they received during a pedicure, and one reviewer specifically recommends technicians Shay, Rain, and NaTrise. Other customers say appointments have felt rushed or that the results did not last as expected, including reports of gel polish chipping soon after a manicure. These individual accounts are not a guarantee of what a future visit will be like, but they offer useful context: if timing, polish application, or a particular service matters to you, consider discussing your expectations with the salon before work begins.

Price clarity is another point to keep in mind. One reviewer reported paying $35 for a pedicure and $25 for a manicure, with an additional $7 charge for buffing hands and $7 for feet; that customer said the total was $74. These are reported charges from one visit, not a complete or current price list. To avoid surprises, ask for the price of each requested service and any add-ons before starting, including buffing or polish options. If you are considering a gel manicure, you can also explain the finish you want and ask any questions about the process or expected wear.

The salon is open Monday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. These hours give City Avenue neighbors several weekday and weekend options for fitting in a manicure or pedicure. Omnia Nail Spa - City Line may suit customers seeking a nearby place for these services, especially those who value convenience and are comfortable confirming details directly. With a mixed review record, a clear conversation about service, timing, and price can help you decide whether this Philadelphia nail salon is the right fit for your visit.

I visited this place for the first time to get a pedi $35 and mani $25. I did not get any polish. I requested for my nails to he buffed shiny to resemble clear nail polish. I was informed that the buffering was $7 for hands and $7 for feet. I asked for the price before services started. It was $74. While i was getting my pedicure, I was asked if I wanted hot stones or another type of massage. I was under the impression this was included bc I did not request any extra services. I said hot stones was fine. The pedicure was good but for me to not even get polish, at the end my total was $100 bc I had hot stones. I did not request nor was i informed this was an extra charge. To top it off my nails weren't even shiny. These services were not worth $100 Please be sure to ask first before accepting any additional services as they add on charges without you knowing and expect you to pay at the end. Complete set up to take your money. Very unprofessional!

I really wanted to give this location another chance because it’s so convenient and close to home, but after my experience at Omnia Nail Granite Run, I’ll be making the drive there from now on. Unfortunately, every visit to Omnia Nail City Avenue has felt rushed. It seems like the focus is on getting as many clients in and out as possible rather than providing quality service. Because of that, I never feel like the attention to detail is there, and my concerns don’t seem to be a priority. On the other hand, the staff at Omnia Nail Granite Run provides excellent customer service. They take their time, listen to your concerns, and genuinely want you to leave happy with your nails. The difference in the overall experience is night and day. If you’re looking for quality service and technicians who truly care about their clients, I highly recommend Omnia Nail Granite Run. I had to edit my review and change it to one star, just don’t go there. Got simple white polish with silver toe and they messed that up. Just don’t go there if you want quality service. I can go to hood and get better service

Consistently a disappointment. To be honest, I should’ve stopped coming to this nail salon a long time ago, but since it’s so close to where I live, I really wanted like this place. I continued to return in hopes that I would finally have a good experience. Unfortunately, that good experience never came. I used to work in this complex back in 2018 while I was in college, which is how I found out about Omnia. Over the years, I have been serviced by several different techs, and the experience has always been the same. I truly feel that if you aren’t getting an extravagant service which they can upcharge you on, you’ll get bare minimum service. As someone who prefers short and simple nails, I always felt pressured by them to add on services. When I declined, it always felt like the rest of my appointment was rushed, with little to no hospitality. Many times I wasn’t even offered a drink, when I could see other customers enjoying their beverages. In the pictures below, you’ll see pictures of my nails that I took while still in the salon as I waited for someone. Pretty much sums up my experience over the years. Lumpy. Clear coat not evenly applied. Residue under my nails. Count on them to break within a few days, if not the same day. If you zoom in on the pictures, you can even see little black specks and air bubbles 😩 It was literally so embarrassing to walk out of the nail salon with my nails looking like this. I was embarrassed to tell my friends that I got my nails done THAT SAME DAY. As someone who worked in customer service, I never wanted to cause a scene or demand a refund, because I didn’t want to look like “that customer”… but Omnia should be appalled at their level of work and really need to step up their customer service. Let’s start by creating a welcoming environment for all of your customers. The remodel looks great, but many times I’ve shown up to my appointment and was simply waved in a general direction by the hostess and left confused about where I should be. Next let’s treat every customer the same, because you never know who you have sitting in front of you. Additionally, I would really recommend taking a look at your nail techs, assessing their expertise, and determining if they need to be retrained or removed, because your prices do not reflect your work. Fortunately I have finally found a nail salon that I can trust to deliver consistent, exceptional service. It’s more expensive, and I have to drive 30 minutes, but it’s SO worth it when I leave the salon loving my nails and my experience! The same cannot be said about Omnia.

Always have a great experience at this salon. From the front desk to the pedicure chair, great customer service. Shay is my go to BUT Rain and NaTrise are just as dope. Never had a bad experience with any of the technicians.

I got a gel mani my cuticles are flooded and my manicure is already chipping one day later ( got them done on Friday and pictures are from sat night). Probably because the technician rushed and didn’t cure them properly. Don’t waste your money!
