One Vietnamese Restaurant is a Vietnamese restaurant listed for Westminster, CA, serving pho and other Vietnamese favorites. The supplied street address is 8767 Sheridan Blvd, Westminster, CO 80003, so the city and state details do not match; it may be worth confirming the location before you visit. For diners looking for a substantial bowl of pho, customer feedback points to generous regular-size portions, aromatic broth, and flavors that make the meal satisfying. One visitor comparing it with a pho restaurant in Wyoming especially praised the portion and the aroma, while another described the food as a reliable, affordable choice when a comforting bowl is what you want.
Pho is a natural place to start, with reviews mentioning combination pho and chicken pho. The combination bowl offers an option for guests who want several ingredients together, while a children’s chicken pho was ordered by one family. Reviews also mention Bun Bo Hue, a noodle salad bowl with flavorful BBQ pork, and other dishes shared by groups. Feedback is not uniformly glowing: one diner found the combination pho and Bun Bo Hue fine but not especially memorable. That range of experiences is useful context when deciding what to order, and individual preferences may shape how each dish lands.
The restaurant may work well for solo diners, families, and small or larger groups. Guests have described attentive, friendly staff, prompt seating during an early Saturday dinner, and large-table seating options for bigger parties. One group reported finding gluten-free choices for its meal, but the review does not establish that every dish can be prepared gluten-free; ask the staff about ingredients and preparation if you have a dietary restriction. The restaurant’s decor was also described positively by a reviewer, offering a pleasant setting for a casual meal without relying on a formal occasion.
One Vietnamese Restaurant has a customer rating of 4.6 from 854 reviews in the supplied listing, alongside both praise and practical feedback. A reviewer noted that an automatic 18% gratuity was added for a party of four and felt this should have been communicated upfront; confirm the current policy with the restaurant, especially when dining as a group. Another reviewer mentioned dry lime wedges, while still finding the meal worthwhile. These details give visitors a grounded picture: generous pho portions and friendly service are recurring positives, with some variation in individual dishes and visit details. Listed hours are 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day, Monday through Sunday. I'm from Casper Wyoming. We have a pho place there but it's nothing compared to this place. The portion size for a regular bowl is insane. So I can only imagine what the portion size for a large bowl is. The flavors and aromas are mouth watering alone. I'm not even joking when I say it was so good I grabbed some before I left town and it's made my car smell incredible. It's all reasonably priced for everything you get. This is now one of the go to spots for me.
This spot offers good value for a pretty decent bowl of pho. My only real complaint was the fruit, as I tried squeezing five different lime wedges and barely got any juice out of them. Aside from that, the food hits the spot if you want a reliable and affordable meal. The staff got me seated and served pretty quickly, keeping things moving efficiently. The vibe is very casual and ideal for small groups, though when I went on a weekday, the crowd was mostly younger couples out on date night.
Attentive staff, and no wait time for an early gluten free dinner on a Saturday for a party of 3. There are large table seating options for larger parties. We ordered a few dishes: - a children’s chicken pho (the broth had great flavor but it was only noodles and chicken— no basil, bean sprouts, lime or flavor garnishes). - Lemon Grass Chicken (the flavor was outstanding but I wish it came with a bit more meat vs noodles) - Papaya Salad/sub chicken (it was fresh and delightful). - the limeade was tasty and a bit overly sweet for us as folks who don’t consume sugar often - we ordered a boba tea and they accidentally served us a smoothie style boba vs traditional boba tea. It was still enjoyed but surprising to see it arrive different than ordered. Multiple large TV screens on various walls were distracting for the kiddo in our party, so we switched seating arrangements to have him facing the wall and more focused on food and connecting. Overall, it was great to have a number of gluten free options in a clean, friendly place with great service. I would go again!
We ordered the combination pho and the Bun Bo Hue. The food was okay, nothing bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. One thing that caught us off guard was the automatic 18% gratuity added for a party of four. That felt a bit questionable and would have been nice to know upfront.
As comedian Ali Wong says, a good Asian place has a number in its name. The place lives up to expectations. The BBQ pork has great flavor, tastes delicious in the salad noodle bowl. The restaurant has lovely decor, and the staff are friendly.
