I had a pedicure and my nails done. While my pedicure was amazing (thank you Peter) my nails were very much lacking. I asked for a French manicure with black polish and my nails to be square square. My nails are rounded on the edges and poorly painted. I had to explain multiple times exactly what I wanted and still ended up leaving with half satisfied especially for what it cost

BEST MASSAGE EVER! I went in to get a pedicure today and had the most amazing experience with Justin. He helped me color match my nails to my toes. Then, once the pedicure process started, I was in heaven! From start to finish Justin was extremely thorough and paid close attention to detail. The massage portion of the pedicure laster longer than expected and was the BEST massage I have ever had at ANY nail salon. Thank you Justin! I will definitely be back!

I went to get my nails done and I was placed with a woman named Vivian/Vivienne, I will attach what I asked for vs what I got. She repeatedly put nail tips on completely crooked and tried to convince me it was the shape of my nail when it has never been like that in my years of getting my nails done. She kept making mistakes and putting nails on crooked and filing them lumpy and blaming it on the shape or size or unevenness of my nails (I have very normal nails and have never had this issue with a salon or private techs). I asked for them to be clipped long and she couldn’t get them the same length and she made them so short. She wouldn’t listen to me when I said it was too short and she kept making excuses saying they couldn’t make them that long with acrylic (not even super long nails by any means) or my nail beds are too short for long nails and they’ll break off (surprise, her short ones broke after 48 hours whereas my long ones last 2-3 weeks) and she told me to just get them filled after a few weeks for the length I wanted. On top of that, I asked for a specific color and she kept grabbing the wrong ones and continuously tried to gaslight me or something. My total was $65 for nails with a length, color, and shape I didn’t even ask for. Not the salons problem, but this woman specifically.

I’ve been coming to this salon for probably 5-7 years. My nail tech is Tiffany and she always does amazing as well as Nina. I only trust her to wax my eyebrows and have grown to call them both my friend. I love this salon, they treat everyone so kindly and like family. I will always recommend them and plan to come back even while I’m at school!

This is the first time since I’ve been out here in Texas I’ve done a full service anything. That being said, even in comparison to the ones in Las Vegas that I’m used to , this place is absolutely amazing. Their customer service was exceptional. They actually really put effort into the Massage, they were friendly and personable and talented and fast. We had an amazing experience me and my mother. She loved the fact that we get to have mimosas while getting our hands and feet taken care of and that they can do everything at the same time.
