Let me start off by saying I asked for 2 specific techs when I got there, both were not available. They are absolutely who I came for. However I continued the visit. Never will I go here again! Never will I recommend this shop! I asked for a full set and a pedicure. Resulting in a $325 bill and them shaving off my nails at the end of the visit after speaking to the owner via phone. An adjustment was made which they charged $137 for my feet. I showed the nail techs both the sets I wanted. I told Dan the tech on my nails I wanted to add gold flakes to it he said it would not look right. I changed the entire design to something more simple that he said he could do. He proceeded with the gold flakes. The second part was like a tacky (like glue) gold over the flakes, as I looked up he’s attempting to put black tack on my nails when I showed him a picture and specifically asked for gold he told me he only had black and white and tried to encourage me that black and gold looks good together. gold looks good together. So again mid way I had to change my design. Just gold flakes wasn’t what I was going for. I told the tech that they looked plain could he add a few diamonds to a few nails. He adds diamonds to 8 nails. In the midst got a pedicure ZOOM IN TO THE DRY SKIN on my feet for a pedi she charged $137 for and again what I asked for wasn’t done and again bc the end result did not look good to me I asked her to put 1 diamond at the bottom of each big toe, which she decided to do this weird diamond pattern on my toes. Mind you I’ve been here before and spent $600 for 4 full sets and 4pedis with beautiful designs done by Belle and Joanna ( nails and toes) BUT this visit was a complete waste of time and again NEVER EVER again would I be a customer here. I didn’t never get a chance to take a picture of the nails. 1st picture is the first receipt 2nd pic the adjusted receipt 3rd pic is their front door 4th pic is the first that I asked for 5th pic is the second that I asked for 6th pic is what I asked for my toes to look like 7th pic is what they actually look like Zoom in.

i first went in december. it was very nice and clean i think i went during happy hour so it was 10%. i thought i wanted gel x till i realized they actually use nail tips and i didnt think it was necessary for me considering my natural nails are pretty long. i did think it was odd do not do any cuticle work and charge extra for it. my first set was nice with gel builder and they even gave me a free bow design on one finger. from then it only started going down hill. every time i go the price is different for the same service. eventually the technicians began to get lazy and not even take off all the colour off my nails and they were even lumpy. he even cut me and didn't seem to be bothered by it. i'll attach photos. i was fed up after the last set and went elsewhere and a technician informed me they really damaged my nails. three sets and it kept getting worse. i won't go back.

Prices are ridiculous! Nail tech was not the best to start off with. I asked for a short length since I have a baby and I can’t have them too long, I kept saying shorter, shorter, and the little bit he kept cutting annoyed me! So I left the length he last cut it as is. He then added powder to my natural nail (both thumbs) because he said it was too short to just add the tip. I have never had a nail tech not be able to just place a nail on them, mind you he left the powder bulky underneath and food will easily get stuck. I asked him to file it down, he burned me trying to do so, I asked him to just leave it. I showed him the design I wanted prior to starting, you can see the nails have a chrome look to them, he kept saying they only had a neon green and couldn’t add the shimmer I wanted. I asked the nail tech next to him to assist him, she wasn’t much help, the manager then got called and she had chrome on her nails and I’m like THIS, this is what I want. He looked annoyed and continued to do the work. At check out I was shocked to be charged $95! $45 for the base powder $40 for the nail design $5 for length!!!!! (Mind you they are not that long) $5 for the shape! I will not be going back! There are better quality nails shops around the area and better priced.

I have been coming here for over a year and a half now and I have yet to post a review..I wanted to gate keep a little to be honest but… From the moment you walk in, this salon just feels different. The atmosphere is chic, stylish, and so thoughtfully put together. Everything is spotless and beautifully arranged — you can tell they take pride in not only their work but their space. It’s clean, modern, and honestly such a vibe. It feels more like a luxury self-care experience than just a nail appointment. But as beautiful as the salon is, the real gem is my nail tech and friend Amy. The talent, the attention to detail, the patience — unmatched. My nails are always flawless, shaped perfectly, and exactly how I envisioned them (sometimes even better). You can tell she truly cares about her craft and about her clients. She takes her time, makes sure you’re comfortable, and never makes you feel rushed. That kind of consistency and quality is rare. Amy just makes the whole experience better. Whether it’s the conversation, the energy, or just the welcoming vibe, she adds something special to every visit. If you’re looking for a salon that’s not only aesthetically beautiful and clean but also filled with genuinely talented and kind people, this is the place. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and obsessed with my nails. Highly recommend — they’ve definitely earned a loyal client in me. 💅✨
