Alwyas loved going there and doing my nails with Jay (Yiecaly) she is amazing! However in the last 2 weeks for some reason we can't make appointments with her because her name doenst show on the booking website. I always did my gel nails with her. Yesterday I went there, set an appointment with another lady and I beleive they were trying to push me to do Builder Gel (which I never did) they convinced me that I needed and was doing builder gel before (I kept saying I wasn't). OK, I did it! The lady took 3 hours and 1/2 to do my "builder gel nails" i couodbt beleive I was there for that long. After I got home, I started to notice my nails, they were not like I wanted it to be. I was very upset that pay so much money for nails that took that long and was not the way I like it. It was thick, not close to my cuticle. Very disappointed with the whole experience I had. Even though I always had an amazing experience with Jay.

$82 before tip or anything. I did not get a manicure only builder gel & a full new nail on my thumb. It’s not the worst nails I’ve gotten, but they are not worth $82. The person I had did sort of do what I asked to be corrected, but at a certain point I just felt rude. You can see where there are bubbles all throughout the polish and on the new thumb nail, uneven filing, the polish not up to the cuticle, and the floating sides to the French tips. I asked her to bring the sides of the tips down, and they charged me an extra $5.
