Ooh La La Nails & Spa is a beauty salon at 1726 NE Broadway in Portland, OR 97232, offering nail care for everyday plans, special occasions, and personal style. Customer reviews highlight gel manicures, nail art, and designs that range from classic French tips to more alternative looks with charms. If you have a design idea in mind, the salon may be worth considering: several reviewers say the team was willing to take on creative requests and help them express their individual taste. The salon has a 4.6-star rating from 289 reviews, giving local customers a useful snapshot of other visitors’ experiences.

For an outing with a friend or a manicure before a big event, Ooh La La Nails & Spa offers a setting where customers can ask for a look that feels like their own. One guest describes coming in for a gel manicure and nail art with a friend and having a positive experience from start to finish. Another reviewer appreciated being able to request an alternative design and find charms to suit it. Reviews also mention friendly, personable interactions, including a team that remembered a returning customer and asked about her life. These accounts suggest a salon experience that can feel warm and welcoming, especially for people who enjoy sharing ideas and collaborating on nail art.

The feedback is not uniform, and it is helpful to arrive with clear preferences about length, shape, and design. Some reviewers describe results that did not match what they requested, including nails filed shorter than intended or a different shape than planned. One customer also reported that regular polish wore off soon after a visit and felt the service had been rushed when the salon was busy. These comments are individual experiences rather than a guarantee of what every appointment will be like, but they point to practical ways to communicate: explain the shape and length you want, confirm the design before filing or polishing, and mention whether you prefer regular or gel polish. If you have detailed nail art in mind, sharing the idea clearly can help set expectations.

Ooh La La Nails & Spa is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Its NE Broadway address makes it a Portland option for customers looking for nail services and creative nail art in the city. It may suit friends planning a shared appointment, students getting ready for an event, or anyone who wants to explore a distinctive design, while those seeking a particular shape or a long-wearing finish can explain their priorities before service begins. For the most accurate visit planning, check the current hours and confirm service details directly with the salon.

these girls are incredible!! Best nail salon in portland. Everyone at my school goes to them for their big events. No matter the crazy design idea I have, they are always happy to do it. After going a few times they knew me so well and even started asking about my life. Such sweethearts!! I truly believe anyone with a bad review is not fully educated on nails!! I don’t like the bulkyness of acrylic so I always get gel and they last the same amount of time for me. My biggest recommendation no matter where you go is always try gel x!!

Sally did my nails and I have never been happier! She was so sweet and amazing! I was definitely happy to not feel weird getting an alt design for my nails and that they would have charms for it! This is the only choice for a nail salon for me.
