Sign in to reviewI most recently had a root canal done with preparation for a crown. I didn't experience any pain and the process was seamless from start to finish.
Never schedule any appointment with them. I scheduled my daughter's appointment a month ago for May 10, 2025. They just called and said they forgot to put this on schedule and asked me to come on another day. We have even received a text message confirming her appointment. How come we get text message if that is not in the system. They cancel appointments whenever they want. This is not my first experience but I can not let it go when it comes my child. Very unprofessional. I also got and appointment for myself but I can wait. But not my child. Very unprofessional. Also, same place gave two different options for my older daughter. One doctor said she need braces last year. And when we went for dental exam this year, the other doctor was so surprised to hear that. Don't do anything to your teeth based on their recommendations. Basically, none of them are responsible. Including, doctors and staff. The person who called and lied to me is Laura.
I'm shocked by the couple low reviews here. I HATE going to the dentist and got very lucky that Dr. Patrick Kha Le and his great staff Stacey, Laura and the erst of the team are amazing. They are truly kind people and do an amazing job. I've been going to them for over 15 years now and have referred many patients because they make going to the dentist painless. Much love for this group of people.
This place is horrible. Laura, the dental assistant who works the front desk, is completely incompetent. I went in there for procedures totaling over 3000.00 dollars and she had given me a 10% percent discount, and all was great. I put it on a credit card and months later I had applied and received dental insurance through the state because I am an emancipated foster youth. So I was told by my case worker to have the bill reimbursed and sent to the insurance. When I tried to do so, Laura repeatedly refused me and told me it would not cover the charges. She didn't even call to check the coverage on the card. They kept saying it doesn't cover, or only until your 21. It wasn't until I got on the phone with social services that they agreed to try and bill my insurance. I was so upset over the interaction that I asked them to reimburse all remaining procedures that have not been done to my credit card, and that I would not be returning. It was suppose to be around 600.00 dollars but she only returned 287. She indicated I had teeth cleaning done on my initial visit and that it was never charged. I asked why not and she said because we didn't charge you. So I said your basically charging me for a service you provided for free months ago, all because I wanted a refurd? Or was it because the insurance will likely cover the bill? She just said you had your teeth cleaned so you should be charged; which make absolutely no sense. If you gave someone a teeth cleaning for free as part of the package then why charge it now.
I'd never been here before, but after a rough Friday night on short-notice i needed an root canal. Not only did Dr Patrick Le do everything he could do squeeze me in, but also produced fabulous work! I came out with no pain and in great shape. I can't recommend them highly enough.
