Sign in to reviewI called late on a Friday, and Jose still managed to get me in for an alignment the next day on Saturday. The customer service went above and beyond, and the alignment work itself was top-notch. I would definitely recommend Orange Empire Auto Repair.
Jose and his team are legit. Will tell you when something needs to be done and keep you informed along the way. They are professional, respectful and they know what they are doing. Most importantly they want their customers happy and satisfied and will go above and beyond to make that happen.
I had a check engine and other warning light pop up on my daughter's vehicle over the holiday weekend right before we were supposed to leave to drive 400 miles home. No VW service centers could take us, but Orange Empire was willing to look despite an already full schedule. Jose took the time to run a scan and give me a basic idea of the issue and provide reassurance that we could safely make the drive home. Jose and his team, immediately jumped into action when we got there and had the information we needed within 5 minutes and did not charge us for their time or service. It was wonderful to meet an honest person who was willing to help with kindness and care. This will be the only place my daughter will take her car to in Orange should the need arise in the future.
