Sign in to reviewI got my nails done around 10-8-25 before going out of the country on vacation for two weeks. I had a gel pedicure and was knicked on my small toe. I had a gel manicure in which they suggested to add an extra hardener to make it last longer. They knicked my middle finger and both my toe Knick and my middle finger knick ended up getting so badly infected I had to go on antibiotics while out of the country.. it was super painful and scary.
RUN!!!!! This place is nasty!!! My biggest pet peeve is paying for mediocre service, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here. I wish I had checked their Yelp reviews before relying on Google. My nails have noticeable bubbles and ripples in the polish. What frustrates me most is that I actually pointed these flaws out to the technician during the service, but I was brushed off and told 'it’s okay, don't worry about it.' The quality was so subpar that I legitimately wanted to walk out. Total waste of money
Dropped in here while in town wanting to try hard gel and had the best experience!! Abbie was so sweet and understood what I wanted, even trying out a couple different colors to make sure I was happy with my choice. It’s rare I leave a nail salon feeling like I got exactly what I wanted and Abbie was able to do that!! Would absolutely come back next time I’m in town.
I’m very disappointed with this place. The first time I came for my appointment, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes, even though the service itself only takes about that long. I have a newborn baby, and this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. The second time, I booked an appointment for 10 AM, right when the salon opens — but the stylist simply didn’t show up on time. I waited for 15 minutes and then had to leave. No discount, compensation, or even a proper apology was offered — they just said “sorry” and that’s it. It’s really upsetting to see such a lack of respect for clients. I do not recommend this place. Better choose a salon that values your time and treats customers responsibly.
They accommodated me without any appointments on a Saturday and did an amazing job with gel extension and ombre design. Will definitely come back.
