There’s a massage therapist named Kevin—his massage was amazing and super relaxing. I’m really satisfied and will definitely recommend him to my friends.

DO NOT GO!! I’m my 47 years alive, i’ve never had a worse experience. I called to make sure they could only do a foot massage, the answer was yes. I got there with my wife (had a pedi earlier) and asked again. she said they do 10 min on the head but then yes, only feet. My god it was bad. the lady tapped both sides of my temple, then jaw then briefly ever so lightly touched me hair. and did this for 10 min. I knew i should have just gotten up and walked away. then she tries to go to my shoulders (same woman i called and spoke to and spoke to when i arrived. then acted surprised that i didn’t want a body massage. and explained they usually do body… anyway, i still had some hope ..:.but that was soon to be shattered. she spent maybe 15 min rubbing my shin, spending 4 second on the side of my foot, 3 seconds on the top; then back to rubbing my shin…barely any moisturizer! when i asked her if she could do the whole food, like by the heel( she spent 10 min doing god knows what to my heel. I eventually sat there wishing the time to be finish…it truly was the worst experience i’ve ever had. these other reviews must be fake.

I have lived just down the road from this place for many years, but never gave it a second thought. It only says "Foot Massage" above the door, and frankly I had mentally marked it as less-than-desirable in my head. But then the other day when I drove past it again, I decided to Google reviews for it once I got home, and was really surprised by how positive they were. I finally took the plunge and went yesterday. I opted for 1hr deep tissue with hot stones, as I was really in a lot of pain from my not-so-ergonomic work from home setup. Tiffany was amazing. Not only very professional, but extremely knowledgeable. She knew exactly where every muscle and tendon connected to one another, and where the trigger points for pain in specific areas were. She found knots I didn't even realize I had until she touched them, she stretched me in different ways that helped *immensely*, and she showed me some stretches I could do at home to relieve the specific issues I was having. I usually get massages once a month or so, and have paid a lot more at other places than they charge at Orient Express. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else now. It's not the fanciest place -- You're simply in a curtained-off alcove and not in a private room with a door -- But it's extremely comfortable, and dim, and quiet, with soft music playing. Today, I feel looser than I have in a long time. I will definitely be headed back to this place again soon!

I have been going here for about two years. It's been great until the last four months or so. Now it's a hit or miss if your going to get a good massage or not. The quality of the massage techs have gone way down. Today I got a massage and it was like the massage tech didn't know what they were doing. Not hitting pressure points didnt massage my feet, Yawning the whole time during my massage . While one tech I could hear was watching TV and the other tech was laying in another room burping and yawning. Was not a great experience today.

Coming here was the worst thing I’ve ever done with my money. I might as well have set $60 on fire. Before I came in, I called and asked if the prices were current bc I notice the picture was 5 years old. She said yes. So I come in and I’m greeted. Not bad until here. The lady starts “massaging me,” and she’s just grinding her forearm onto my spine. Soft tissue rubbing against bone is very painful and I tried guiding her several times without her listening. She continued doing the exact same thing. And it progressively got worse. After a while, it was just her running her hands against my back and legs. Zero pressure. Zero effort. Absolute garbage. This morning, I have soft tissue pain over my spine and shoulder blades where she repeatedly grinded her arm into my skin. Second, at no massage parlor, have I ever had my naked body COMPLETELY exposed. She removed the towel off of my butt completely to “clean me off” the oil. My modesty was at NO POINT maintained and I was more tense than I was when I went it. At this point, I am extremely uncomfortable and no longer want to be here. I cancelled the reflexology portion of the massage bc the body massage was a waste of time and money. During this nonsense “massage,” she left the room several times to speak to other customers on the phone and continued yelling at her coworker and carrying a conversation in a foreign language. Once we were finally done, I checked the room for cameras bc this place is VERY SHADY. I get dressed and get ready to pay. She now tells me it’s $60. I told her I called and verified the prices and she just said “Oh. My English not so good.” But oddly enough she understood what I said then. This place is extremely shady. I hope law enforcement eventually gets a tip off and looks into this place bc I’m fairly certain that if I were male, some “extracurricular services” would’ve been offered to me. Before I left, she didn’t want me to take a picture of their prices and post it online bc “they will change it next month.” I’m posting what I have. Please don’t come here. It’s not safe. Find you a reputable place and go there. This place should not be in operation.
