I Absolutely LOVE Oscar Nails. This was my first time at the nail salon and my first impression is my best impression. My nail tech was Lisa and Lisa was amazing. I was sadden about things and Lisa noticed my face. She handed me tissue but not only that , she checked on me the entire service to make sure I am okay. I love Women who supports and care for other women. Oscar nail salon has now become my permanent nail salon. Thanks to the Owner(s) and staff for an awesome experience and the Gorgeous shop.
I’ve been eyeing this design for over a year and my usual nail shop declined to do it. I kept seeing Oscar Nail Lounge on my Instagram feed so I decided to give them a try for my mother’s 74th birthday. They’re a little longer than I usually get but the design came out great! The service was polite and friendly and the lounge was clean and accommodating. We also enjoyed a mimosa during our pedicures.
To say my experience was amazing would be selling this team short. I originally went to a different salon for a specific design and had a horrible experience. I was displeased tremendously. When i told family and friends they immediately suggested going somewhere else and that’s how i ended up here! I explained the situation to the front desk ladies and they were so kind and understanding. They put me with a nail tech named Danny and my gosh. Exceptional. His customer service, the way he explained to me how my nails were done severely poor and what to look for if I end up in that situation again were phenomenal. He turned my whole day around, was incredibly kind and helpful and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I’ll put my pics so you all can see the work and how this team is so talented!! It was the worse my nails have ever looked after getting them done at a nail salon. I got an acrylic set and the nails were extremely thick with no shape, she did not file my nails or use the buffer to smooth the nail. I was going to an event in a few hours and if I didn't I would've made her take them off. There is no way this lady knew what she was doing. My nails looked HORRIBLE! I would not recommend this place.
First time and I was so impressed! May was my nail tech! She is so sweet, gentle and did a stunning job! At the end they even did an Instagram video of my nails for me! Happy I found my new nail spot 🩷 …
