The nail technicians here gave me a nail fungus after getting manicures. I had never dealt with a nail fungus before, and it took about six months to clear up. The nail technicians skip cleanliness steps and clearly don’t sanitize between clients. I don’t recommend them. After experiencing this, I researched what should be done and found that a nail salon should open a new pack of tools for each client and sanitize in between. For anyone reading this, the best way to handle this situation when you go to a nail salon is to ensure that the salon follows these practices.

Julie was amazing! I’m a traveler here and have had a very difficult time finding a nail salon I like. I get dip on my natural nails and I paid $51 which is pretty standard and what I expect to pay but i have been significantly up-charged at other nail salons for something so simple. So I was very pleased with the price. I also am VERY prone to my nails breaking with my job sometimes within a few days… so I tend to ask for several layers of dip so they’re strong and won’t break within a couple of days. I typically get soooooo much grief from my nail tech and have been told “that’s ugly” when I personally don’t mind the thickness I just prefer my nails not to break within a couple days. Julie was great and never questioned my preference and just said okay and did a fantastic job with her application process of dip. She was so meticulous with the details of the process. I’m so pleased with the result. I wanted a natural pink white shade and she even helped me find a shade that worked for me. 10/10 experience. Will be back again. Highly recommend Julie.

I rarely leave reviews, but after my visit here I felt I needed to share what happened. I recently moved to the area and had an acrylic set that needed to be removed. The salon kindly took me as a walk-in, and when I asked for an acrylic soak-off — which is listed as one of their services — they confirmed they could do that for me. Before using any acetone or soak-off products, the nail tech took a plastic extension tip and started forcing it underneath my acrylics to try to pop them off. I immediately asked if we could soak them off instead, as most salons do. Although he eventually brought out the acetone materials, I had to say no multiple times to him continuing to use the fake nail tip to pry at my acrylics during the process. My nails were soaking off normally with the acetone, so it was frustrating that he kept trying to force them off instead of letting the soak do its job. I specifically came to the salon because I wanted my acrylics removed the correct way without damaging my natural nails. If I wanted them forcefully popped off, I could have done that myself at home. That’s what made the experience so upsetting to me. After I spoke up again, he switched back to soaking and using the electric file, and everything seemed to be going fine. My nails were still in great condition at that point. Unfortunately, on the very last nail, he grabbed the extension tip again and forcefully removed the remaining acrylic, ripping part of my natural nail off with it. After that, he had to shorten and file down all of my other nails to match, leaving them much shorter than I wanted. He explained that my nails were “fragile,” but the only nail that broke was the one removed using that prying method. In my experience, using a plastic extension tip to force acrylics off is not appropriate, especially when I specifically requested a soak-off service to protect my natural nails and length. The salon was not busy, and there was plenty of time to continue soaking them safely and gently. I appreciated being accommodated as a walk-in, and my nails looked decent at the end, but the overall experience was upsetting because I repeatedly communicated my concerns and wishes during the appointment and felt ignored. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I had a really disappointing experience here. My appointment started about 30 minutes late, and I didn’t even get the person I booked with. I also felt like what I wanted wasn’t really listened to, and unfortunately the final result shows that. The shape is uneven, the lengths don’t match, and the nails just don’t look consistent overall. She also cut my finger during the appointment, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. The vibe of the salon wasn’t great either. It didn’t feel welcoming, and there wasn’t much communication or care during the service. I really wanted to like it, but this was honestly a bad experience and I wouldn’t go back.
