It's been years that I haven't been here and I forgot why so I decided to go give it another try. I got a pedicure and my 14 year old daughter got a manicure. My pedicure was alright but my daughter's manicure was terrible the guy that did her nails (I am pretty sure he is the owner or maybe manager bc I remember him from many many years ago) was terrible he was playing a game on the phone with his son the whole time! My daughter's nails where crooked and they looked like a beginner had done them I was upset with the results so I ask to speak to him, so the lady doing my toes called him and he just ignored her and started on another client, so then I had to ask another worker if she could fix them because the shape was off the white tip was so thick and the nail overall was so thick so she went ahead and "fix them" All she did why file them down and make them was shorter than what my daughter wanted. I left that place so upset! But anyways moral of the story DON'T GO HERE! just go across the street to the nail salon next to Fiesta the owner is not to nice there either but she does a wonderful job with the manicures.

I would highly suggest no one get their nails done here. Upon arrival I asked for Gel nails. The male tech decided on his own to do dip nails instead. When checking out their was a up charge that I didn’t understand. He told me that dip nails look better and last longer so he did that instead. He states if I didn’t want Dip Nails - I should have stopped him while he was doing it. Excuse me….What? I wasn’t even sure what dip was, much less knowing enough to stop the tech and tell him I didn’t want a service, I clearly didn’t ask for. He also didn’t even give me the nail shape I wanted (I asked for round and he gave me square). Unfortunately, it was overall a very bad experience and I won’t be back.

The lady switched prices on me. I called before I came and asked how much was French tip stiletto medium length she told me $55, I even drove and hour+ to come and I even showed a picture with the same length and I asked would it still me $55 she was very sure and said “yes, yes”. She then puts the nails tips on and ask me if the length she cut was okay and I politely showed the picture again and said no I want the same length we discussed bc she had cut them almost to my nail beds. She then began to get upset and disagree about the length saying it would be $60 for xtra short nails which wasn’t the price or length we discussed. Once I said I no thanks she was very rude and acted really ugly because I said I was going somewhere else based off her rudeness. She ripped the nail tips that were already glued and dried off of my natural nails still leaving nail tip pieces on my nails because that wasn’t the proper way to remove them. As someone who’s been getting their nails professionally done for years I know a lot about the length of nails and even if I didn’t have the knowledge it is still wrong to switch up and take advantage just because you’ve already started thinking I would let you continue, and not keeping your word. You cannot be upset when someone doesn’t want to spend their money somewhere that has rude employees and unprofessionalism. I have businesses of my own and I would never treat someone bad who isn’t happy with their experience. It is very unprofessional and a bad look for the business. Never going back.
