Sign in to reviewI would highly recommend Dr. Keel! Being a medical rep for almost 20 years I’ve come across a lot of providers through work and I have to say Dr. Keel is one of the best! Extremely knowledgeable in his field, very professional, and I trust his medical opinion. I had him remove a concerning freckle that popped up. It turned out to be positive for pre-cancerous cells and needed to remove more tissue. Sutures look great and are healing well. The staff is also so friendly and helpful! I have referred friends here as well who have all had wonderful experiences!
Dr. Keel is the consummate professional. Everything from the pleasant people behind the front desk when you call and check in to being on time to the person who assists Dr. Keel is incredibly nice, kind and professional. I unfortunately have found that customer service and a quality operation is a rarity these days so I felt the need to comment on what a good job they do in this office.

I have seen several dermatologists in San Diego County, and I always end up going back here. I even switched my insurance plan so I could come back. If you are looking for understanding, patience, and non-judgmental care, I highly recommend them.
Everyone at the office are friendly professional and take care of you through whatever procedure or exam you are having done. Dr Keel always spends extra time asking about you and your concerns. He explains everything and all options. Never ever makes you feel like you are just a number. I have been going here for years concerned about my exposure to the sun and the damage it has caused. Don’t hesitate highly recommend. Update. Have to go every 3 months now. All my years of worshipping the sun god is coming home to roost. Dr Keel doesn’t mess around with any of my small different cancer skin types. Does what needs to be accomplished. His support staff are friendly and respectful. Thanks.
The doctor (Dr keel) and staff were SO friendly, positive, and caring. Legitimately one of the better practices I’ve been to. I’m so glad I found pacific laser dermatology!!!
