Sign in to reviewFinally came home got settled and when I opened my food it was fully missing the chicken. I double checked my order bc I knew it said it was missing an item but that was the tomato. Also I asked for light cilantro and instead I got no cilantro. Extremely disappointed
We love panera bread food and eat here very often. But today very disappointed at how they gave us this tiny dressing for our salad. I ordered extra on the side and this 2 container barely have any dressing. Shouldn't you fill up the container?? If not what's the purpose of 2 almost empty container? What a waste of product. Whomever did this shouldn't be working if they gonna be cheap with the dressing.
i come to panera bread very often, either for food or to study. i came here today to study with my sister and i bought a caprese focaccia for to-go before i left. i was on my way to another store and i opened it it to eat, but after my second bite there was a piece of hair in my food. i know it wasn’t mine because it was fully in the food before i had touched it, and i had my hair tied back. this is extremely disappointing! panera is definitely one of my top favorite restaurants to go to but this is just unacceptable
I ordered Togo in store and put extra parmesan cheese on my salad and when I open it, there’s barely any cheese for the amount I paid for extra cheese. Unacceptable.
Haven't had a bad experience here until today... Caught the worker making something in the back and as she's preparing it, has no gloves on and states "oh that's hot" and licks her finger and continues to prep the meal for the customers. As I picked up my to-go order, I looked at my bag and decided to throw it away... Call me crazy but after witnessing something like that, definitely not trusting what else they do. Yeah I know places like this probably do it all the time but for me to actually see it turned my stomach.
