Had a great experience at Paris Banh Mi Pho Pearland today. I was actually planning to eat at the sandwich shop next door, but on a cool, rainy April day, pho just sounded better and I’m really glad I stopped in. From the moment I walked in, the service stood out. The gentleman at the front greeted me and made a point to welcome every single person who came through the door, which really set the tone. I ordered pho and a flavored tea, and for around $12, it felt like a great deal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The pastry and dessert selection also looked amazing definitely something I’ll be trying next time. Overall, great food, great service, and great value. I’ll definitely be back.

I’m posting a review because this business has consistently been serving teas that are only 2/3 full, even with ice. I suggest that either you get smaller cups or actually fill them. This has been going on for awhile now. The tea is good, but the amount given is not what should be given. Maybe post a sign stating that you do not fill your cups. It should be about customer service…the extra 1/3 to make the cup full doesn’t cost that much. I don’t want to hear about “premeasured amounts.” Those should still fill the cups. It’s not rocket science. If it doesn’t fill the cups, than get smaller cups for your tea. Owner responded. “2/3 only for no ice.” Well, my tea had ice. So what’s your response to that? I get ice each time. Each time it’s 2/3 full. Habits are hard to break. I think you need to post a sign stating that your cups will not be full due to premeasured amounts required for each order. The ice or no ice doesn’t matter. It’s ALL THE SAME AMOUNT. Smaller cups or a sign stating how much will be given seems appropriate.

1st time. I got a roast pork banh mi to go and it is probably best I ever had. It looked like they had a lot of SE Asian noodle dishes. Place was clean, bright and inviting. Personally I was not impressed with bakery section but the place was busy, and my banh mi so good I plan to go back soon and see what else they have

I came to Paris Banh Mi Pho in Pearland for a quick snack. I was interested to try the pastry. While I saw they serve ice cream, I ordered some. The taste was off. The texture was very weird. Something powdery and very gooey. Not sure what's wrong with it.

The best Banh Mi I’ve ever had. So balanced - the bread was fresh and lightly crunchy on the outside but very soft on the inside, deliciously juicy pork and high quality toppings, especially with the jalapeños being seeded so they weren’t spicy. Will be back!
