Paris Nail stands as a neighborhood treasure with an extensive service history. Mindy is a Vietnamese nail technician and is extremely meticulous when it comes to pedicures ($30) as well as manicures ($20). Credit cards are not accepted in this shop; only debit and cash payments are accepted. For those seeking a nail salon within Mid City, this is the place to go. The shop is immaculate and the service is exceptional.

1. They were almost 30 mins late. 2. Massage feature in pedicure chair didn't work. 3. Pedicure "massage" was a scratchy dry skin scrub. 4. Color options were limited. 5. Pictures speak for themselves. It looks like a small child did my nails. I was charged $100 for this nonsense plus a basic gel pedicure. 6. I only gave a second star because the staff was friendly and I believe if you go in expecting very basic one-color services you can leave satisfied.

Owned by four sisters for almost three decades. Super sweet, friendly, quick and efficient, fair pricing. I have no idea how they fixed the abominations I had for nails and toenails in record time, but they did it. Also, they were playing a horror film about killer ballerinas, so. Heck yea.

On 10/22/22, I patronized Paris Nail’s for a Medicare with acrylic overlay and pedicure. My Medicare and pedicure was done by Hollie. During the service she seem to be nice. However, when I called to report my nails breaking off after six days I found out that she is not kind. Today, I arrived to the shop at 12:10 pm per her request I waited five minutes at the door with no one acknowledging my presence although Hollie saw me standing at the door. I had to say hello to be acknowledged by her colleague who then told Hollie I was here for her. Hollie came to the gated door, holding onto the rails with both hands. She did not open the door to speak to me. I had to speak to her through the door. Hollie stated I will be charged to fix my nails because I nails were done “ along time ago”, “ my nails broke because my nails have not been done in a long time”. And, “ I needed to be gentle with my nails”. I responded reminding her my nails were done on 10/22/22. Furthermore, I spoke to her on the phone on 10/26 to report my broken nails. During the call I asked her will I be charged to fix my nails she stated “ she will see” when I come. Not only did I waste my gas to drive to her nail shop. I was spoken to through a door with bars as if I was a threat. At no point did I raise my voice or show aggression during the conversation. I said thank you and walked away. Lastly, the skin on my thumb peeled off after my nails were done. Do not patronize this business.

I love my nail tech Michelle and Holly who does my pedicure. They are very patient and kind. The salon experience is very claming..so don't come here if you're in a rush because each customer is pampered and taken care of.
