I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years, every time I come it feels like family. The best costumer service! My nails look beautiful every time and I’m always getting compliments about them. My daughters also love coming here and get spoiled by the staff. Specially Hanna ! We love everyone here!

This was my second visit for a pedicure. During my first visit, everything went well and Hanna did a great job, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, my second visit was a complete disappointment. It was a Saturday morning, and I intentionally arrived early and invited my sister to join me. We requested pedicures together, and I also asked Hanna to do my manicure afterward. Before being seated, I asked Hanna to confirm the prices for each service. She provided pricing upfront, which I agreed to without issue. Halfway through my pedicure, while selecting colors for my manicure, I informed Hanna of my choice. At that point, she unexpectedly changed and increased the price from what we had originally agreed upon. She then told me that I would need to come back later for my manicure because additional clients had arrived and she “no longer had time” due to how busy the shop had become. I was disappointed not only by the sudden price change after an agreement had already been made, but also by the lack of respect for my place in line as a client who arrived early and brought additional business to the salon. I expressed my concerns to Hanna respectfully and let her know that this experience resulted in the loss of two clients, as we will not be returning.

My sister and I went to get our nails done and we were blown away!!! The nail techs were very friendly and receptive when we wanted to change some of our nail designs and made sure we didn’t leave without getting everything we wanted! Hanna paid extra attention to the condition of my nails as she noted there was some damage to my nails and guided me to alternative, healthier nail options to still give me the design I want and keeping my nails away from harsher processes!

Great customer service!! They have a nice hot stone massage with leg massage for $38. Gel is $40. Mani/pedi is $20-30. Both ladies were very sweet and took their time and low-key. I loved it. Will return as a treat!
