My husband and I both had a great experience. Brent was prepared for our arrival and super welcoming. The information provided was thorough and at no time did we feel pressured to pay for anything we didn't want, nor did we ever feel rushed. The program structure is, I think, pretty great. The online portal keeps your [travel] information centralized and when you enter your travel information the program creates a PDF with health information specific to your travel region, as well as a separate longer general one. In office, the information on vaccine recommendations and options (to be clear can be different) are clearly presented and an invoice is provided according to your preferences so you know what you will be paying for (and can add or remove items before paying). I found it all to be quite simple and convenient.
The information provided and knowledge of the agent was very helpful and professional. The inventory of vaccines and other medical aids was impressive. I would advise checking with a local pharmacy though to compare costs of vaccines. You may find a lower price.
Thanks for being open on Saturdays. The consult provided good insight. were sent to our pharmacy and vaccinations given on the spot. There is an option to purchase medical supplies but no pressure.
Overpriced. $3200 in vaccines for two people (and that’s before buying malaria pills). Cash pay only. More than the plane tickets. They’re all cheaper at CVS, insurance applies thru CVS, and CVS has everything except yellow fever. For …
I’ve now been to Portland Passport Health for two different trips. They are very professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend them.
