I cannot recommend this salon more. First of all it’s super cute and I’ve never had a bad experience. KK is unbelievably talented and meticulous when it comes to nail art. She’s spent over 2.5 hours on my nails before to make sure they’re perfect. I’ve had gel-x sets from her last 6+ weeks which is unbelievable. Her skills speak for themselves in her work. Prices are more than fair and if you’re someone who’s looking for a new salon, this is your place.

first time going to any sort of nail salon after I had a terrible experience last year and wow this salon is amazing! The price for these claws totaled to 140 before tip. Thuy vi did a fantastic job with my nails and was so patient with me when I had to choose my nail colors and cared that we got everything just right. Everyone was very very sweet and the salon was very clean and who I believe was the manager was going above and beyond for a regular that was trying to squeeze in a nail repair and pedicure today. I will absolutely be coming back! this was a very good experience and I recommend this salon for anyone nervous to get their nails done after a previous bad experience.

I have been coming to Pastel Nails a little more than four months , the pink set was my very first and FAVORITE set .. the blue ones were my next set and second fav although I had to add extra stones when I got home and the red and cheetah print set is my last time getting my nails done here , the other 2 sets I didn’t bother to even take photos of because they were lack luster and Just ok , now when I first started coming here the work was great , I enjoyed the service and was completely satisfied … last few times wasn’t impressed and each time I felt like I needed to go home to do something to my nails … my sets are ALWAYS or close to $100 ($95 -$105) so I shouldn’t feel like I need to go home and do anything extra .. this final set is my last straw and have no more patience …. Why would you put these long nails on me ?? I have never asked or worn extra long nails ?? I was literally asked did I want the same length … then proceeded to put extra long nails on .. you may ask well why didn’t you have her cut them down … well because she’s doing 2 others clients nails in between sets so she is not totally focused on just you … so you feel rushed and somewhat discourage from asking to fix stuff because it’s either rushed or met with passive aggression , I literally have to go home and file this set down to a manageable length when she is literally the ONLY ONE who does all my sets .. so they extra long nails is beyond my understanding when I’ve literally never asked or implied I Wanted such a long length before . The work is good when you have their undivided attention and actually listen your request and suggest ideas to elevate your nail set. But I can’t keep justifying the $100 price tag and still have to go home and tweak them to my liking ….. I won’t be back
