Be cautious! Their milk tea is quite delicious and might make you stay up all night if consuming after 8 PM. :) I like the fact that they also have fruit tea, yogurt, bubble waffle, and a variety of snacks in such a tiny store. The only thing taking away one star is that every time I came, they were out of red bean topping. Oh, did I mention their tidiness and nice staffs?

I’ve stopped in a handful of times with the family. The thing I look for in any food location is consistency. The drinks have always been great. The people working there are always super friendly. The place has been super clean every time I’ve been there. I have and will continue to recommend this boba shop to everyone I know.

FINALLY open and wonderful service. We were able to have alternative milks (which is hard to find as a dairy free family when looking for Boba). There are MANY tea/flavor options and it's in a great location - across from the UP town center, by the library, near a playground and walking distance from numerous stores.

The staff are often kind, but three times now we have gone in and ordered a sugar free boba drink for our daughter who is a type 1 diabetic and 2/3 times the drink was not sugar free, despite it being ordered sugar free. Well, after calling to confirm (after my daughter's blood sugar skyrocketed both times she had the drink) the male staff member confirmed that "sugar free" is not an all in fact sugar free, it's just "no sugar added." The syrup they use for the boba drink is still FULL sugar. When I informed the staff member that this mistake means my daughter becomes very ill (high blood sugar is very rough on t1d kids and adults!) whenever she comes there because of this, the staff member just said "oh, okay." And nothing further. Posting to warn other diabetics of this establishments negligence and lack of care for customer safety.
