Peridot Nail Salon

I went there recently for a pedicure and I'm not really happy with the results...everything was fine until the lady got to trimming my cuticles and sides of my big toe, she kept on cutting at the skin so much so that i have a small hole in my toe and it looks like the fat is coming out of it. It hurts so bad and it's very sore. For the painting of my toes it's kinda messy, i understand that doing nails and toes can be difficult as I do my own nails and toes but it was just like wth lol. My grandma comes here a lot and she likes it so maybe it was just this lady's problem but It's upsetting that my toe is hurting because of improper practices. (i'm aware as to how small the cut is, you can barely see it but it's really deep)

Don’t go here . They just want your money and they never listen to what you want. I waited for an hour to get helped. All for this woman to not say hello starts tugging on my hands and just rushes through my nails. I ASKED FOR A FILL with my acrylic nails on and for some reason she took ALL OF MY NAILS off. I remind her as she’s rudely grabbing my hands trying to rush “sorry I wanted just a fill for acrylic nails with shellac paint” She then started to TELL ME that “I don’t know what I want , she’s arguing with another technician about what was on my nails and said I had builder on my nails and that’s why she removed all of my nails off which wasn’t the case . THEN proceeds to tell me I NEED A FULL SET” when that’s not what I asked for . So I waited an hour to get yelled at and then now I have to go somewhere else and PAY more for a full set. My entire family goes here and we will not be returning. I guess she is the manager ? But she is horribly managing. Reguardless what you and your other employees THOUGHT was in my nails .. GIVE THE CLIENT WHAT THEY ASK FOR THEY ARE THE ONES PAYING! In no way shape or form should u be telling your clients “what they need” people come to get what THEY WANT ON THEIR NAILS. Horrible management , and service. Left frustrated and crying and then she tried to charge me 10$ for taking off the nails I NEVER WANTED TAKEN OFF.

Melissa did my nails today, and she's also done them for me in the past. I usually see Tammy and another wonderful nail tech whose name I'm unfortunately forgetting. Every time I come in, all of the ladies here are so kind, talented, welcoming, and humble. They always make me feel comfortable, and the service is consistently amazing. I never have been able to go into a nail shop and everyone knows what their doing. I mean everyone here can do nails and they listen to your needs. Melissa, "I truly enjoyed talking with you today. My mom and her bestie are set to go on a cruise this week so they decided to get their nails done and I told them I’d come along. …

Be careful getting a gel manicure here. My polish started peeling within days because the tips weren’t sealed—a basic step for gel. When I returned, staff insisted it was caused by hand sanitizer (not true) and charged me full price for a replacement, giving only a small discount. Quality of service and how my concern was handled were disappointing. Make sure they properly seal the tips if you go.
