It’s nice to see Phanh Ky open a location in the North side of Houston. Spacious lot for parking. It wasn’t too crowded during lunch time. Pretty spacious inside with plenty of tables. They have a similar menu as their Bellaire location. Hands down the best hu tieu kho/dry noodles. Their sauce is unbeatable. I always get the same thing, the hu tieu kho/soft rice noodles, the dry version. It comes with a bowl of broth and a veggie plate. Would also recommend getting a side of the gio chao quay/dried breadsticks to eat with the hu tieu kho. Quality was consistent with the Bellaire location. Service was quick and friendly. The hu tieu here continues to be the best.

Thin yellow egg noodles, dry with soup on the side. The large portion was good for 2 people. Order the oxtail or fatty brisket on the side. Meat falls off the bone. Good viet eats, thats different from Pho. The service this morning was 5 stars.
