Sign in to reviewThe new pāté chaud is the perfect bite size savory snack. I got the spinach mushroom and cheese one, and it was amazing. Also tried something new (for me) with the Nutella Banana Coffee. It tastes exactly as the name suggests, and I think I found a new favorite drink! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and enjoying my food and coffee. 10/10 recommend. Also the service was quick.
Went here before heading to the beach and did not have to wait in line. My sister asked for an ube coffee and most places opened till later, so why not give this place a try. When I ordered her ube coffee, the girl asked me if hot or cold and I told her cold. I ordered a coconut coffee and I told her hot and she said ok. My husband ordered a salted caramel cold and she said ok. Once we got the drinks they were all cold drinks and I told the other girl giving us the drink that I wanted the coconut one hot and she said this one only comes cold. Personally, I do not like cold coffees and we were already running late so I did not bother asking for another drink. The coconut coffee tasted good, but like I said I am not a cold coffee drinker even on hot days. The place inside is perfect for hanging out and doing homework or work. Customer service does need to improve with greetings.
And we experienced very bad customer service that the manager and staffs was unprofessional. The manager was flirting with a girl customer and the staff whom prepared our foods didn’t allowed us to the our foods when it’s ready. At first, 2 of the drinks were ready and we saw our names were there, the staff told us to sit down and wait for the completed order before taking it. The manager who’s glanced and observe me talking with the staff but decided to ignores it and resuming to flirting again. The staff let us taking the foods since he saw the manager was looking at it. And then, when the rest of our foods was ready, he never announced it to pick up and we waited for 45 minutes to get everything. We paid for the food and the service but what we got was disappointing experience. PLEASE AVOIDS!
Came here yesterday morning with my friends and honestly the customer service kind of ruined the experience. The cashier seemed really rude and uninterested while taking our order, like she just wanted to get it over with. No smile, greeting, or basic friendliness at all. Right after taking our order, she started laughing really loudly with her coworker and went to the back still yelling, screaming and laughing. We were sitting near the door and could hear everything clearly, which was pretty annoying when people were just trying to enjoy their drinks, work, or do homework. The drinks were okay, but not worth the price. I ordered the banana matcha expecting it to banana cream, but it tasted more like plain banana milk, which was disappointing.
This small coffee shop produces some of the best coffee in the Blossom Hill Road area. Their egg cream coffee is one of my favorites. If you get it hot. It's small like an espresso with egg cream on top. Guaranteed to get your day going! You can get it. Iced but a lot of it is the egg cream. If I want nice to drink, I prefer their coconut coffee. I always get it less sweet and it's perfect! For food I really enjoy their spam and egg breakfast musubi. Each order comes with two and they are large.
