Sign in to reviewPho 21 was absolutely packed—lines out the door on a Thursday night, which already tells you how popular it is. Despite that, the wait was very manageable and they turned tables quickly, so we were seated faster than expected. It’s also a large space and stays open late, which makes it a great option for dinner or late-night cravings. We ordered the oxtail pho and rare beef pho, and both broths were outstanding—rich, flavorful, and clearly slow-simmered. The oxtail was tender and hearty, and the rare beef cooked perfectly in the hot broth. We also got the fresh spring rolls and cha gio (fried egg rolls), which were both great—light and refreshing on one side, crispy and savory on the other. For drinks, I tried mango milk boba (my first time) and was pleasantly surprised—creamy, slightly sweet, and refreshing. The Thai tea was also spot on. Even with how busy it was, everything moved efficiently and the food quality didn’t drop at all. Definitely a go-to spot if you’re craving quality pho with bold, satisfying broth.
Foods are great, no wonder customers are willing to wait to have the best dining experience. There wasn't any chance that we were seated right away, there is always a long line no matter what time of the day. Once you get seated, foods are served right away especially with the help of the robot setver. The foods are always served hot. The staff are amazing and attentive as welll. Im gald that they also have options of yellow noodles. You can order by scanning the QR code assigned per table which allows thr customers to customize their orders.
Good place to get your Pho cravings. Open late so that's a big bonus. Similar atmosphere compared to other Pho restaurants.
I ordered takeout from this place, and they work really quickly even though they have a line out the door. It took ~20 minutes. I think the pho broth is really good. I don’t feel thirsty after eating it and it feels very comforting. The shaken beef (bò lúc lắc) is very soft and delicious, but could use more tomato chunks. I do think the rice is a little heavy (on the garlic and seasoning) but that is my preference for white rice over red rice. Pho with rare meat (tái) 5/5 Shaken beef with rice (bò lúc lắc) 4/5
Food was quite good with large portions. Service was quick. The robots were an interesting twist. The noise level was moderate. We tried to order via the QR code and failed (old age issue!) and had to ask for traditional menu.
